I purchased a LeMond Revmaster Pro for my home and after some delays with delivery, the bike was assembled and delivered by guys that aren't knowledgeable in these bikes at all – the pedal straps were attached incorrectly, they could not answer some basic questions about how it was put together and left without leaving me the tools that came with the Pilot computer I bought with my order. Had to figure things out myself.

Great sales process and even better sales person with a personal touch took the time to identify my needs and insure I found the correct equipment. Midnight Sale saved me some significant bucks. Delivery was on time (5 minutes early.) A very professional delivery team took great care, and spent the time to ensure the equipment was working perfectly. Showed me how to use the various features, and then cleaned up all within an hour. Go to company for all my future exercise equipment needs.

They know the equipment and are not pushy. I went to try out the power plate for myself but I wasn't sure what model I wanted.I needed some fun gifts for my children and grandchildren who are active and like to do things together in their home gym. No problem-mission accomplished! Next week I went back and purchased the power plate. Great for warmup and massage- no sore muscles.

This is the place to buy a piece of exercise equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and know the machines and help you make the right purchase. They don't try to oversell I got a great floor model and the whole family uses and loves the machine. Highly recommend to buy with gym source. Delivering my True 900 treadmill was not easy. There were steps to negotiate and the treadmill was a monster at 400+ pounds. The delivery staff did a fantastic job despite some slight damage to a couple of steps (which they immediately took pictures of and informed me they would cover the cost of repair, no questions asked). Jake B in Nashua was terrific both before and more importantly after the sale. I would absolutely purchase from the Nashua, NH store again.

I started a new workout program. My personal trainer recommended Gym Source for my necessary exercise equipment. They were so nice and "hooked" me up with everything I needed. Thanks CML.

My daughter and son-in-law recommended Gym Source after they installed an impressive gym in their basement. I duplicated a smaller version in my basement complete with gym (rubber) flooring (a product carried by GS and installed by one of their recommended installers) and mirrors. GS was great to work with in not only selecting the equipment that met my needs, but the delivery and installation as well. When I recently moved GS came in and disassembled the equipment, relocated it to my new home and re-assembled. The GS staff was great to work with and helped with suggestions for placement of the equipment. If you need gym equipment - go to the expert (GS)!

Either the wrong machine was delivered or the delivery men set it up incorrectly; they left and told us to 'call service'; repair man who came out a week later was very nice & knowledgeable but couldn't fix it, another part needed, and each time another part was required and had to be ordered; did receive a call from someone high up in the chain (finally), told him at this point, I wanted a new machine or he could come and get this one, I feel that the machine is compromised and I don't want it and he assured me that they will get me a brand new one, hope he is able to honor that.
