Had what I needed, easy to use and pay. Good delivery

Shocking customer service.
Placed an order on 19th June and have still not received. But gymstop have emailed me a number of times to review my order….go figure.
Will never use this company again.

Perfect for me

Worst experience ever. Ordered jars of peanut butter 2 of which when delivered had been opened and were half empty, the contents inedible. Didn't reply to any communication. Lengthy PayPal process of refund. Abysmal service all round, I'd give a minus -5 rating if there was one.

Average price good delivery

Avoid positive reviews, they’re definitely fake.
Seems like the negative reviews are all having the exact same issue and need to go through paypal or their banks to receive a refund or the product.

I ordered protein on May 22nd, received confirmation of order from GymStop and Paypal. Nearly 1 month later and I hadn’t received my order, so I contacted GymStop via Instagram, Facebook & email but received no response. I found their customer service number in their Terms & Conditions which didn’t even connect and then looked at the reviews and realised it may have been a scam.

Proceeded to open a PayPal case with all the proof and PayPal refunded me, however, 7 days later the product was shipped by GymStop & delivered the next day. Poof, appeared out of nowhere. So I refunded PayPal as I did in the end receive the product.

Funny how PayPal refunded me and GymStop decided to ship the product a week later. I reckon this company doesn’t hold stock and hopes for the best when people order. If they forget, they just keep the money and get away with it.

Just avoid them, breaking all trading standards.

Quick despatch

Was attracted by low prices but order was never shipped. No response from customer services. Had to open PayPal claim to get money back. A shipping delay was stated but it was way past the time and they could have at least replied to my email!

I am mega surprised by the speed of shipping. I expected the package in 2 weeks and here is a surprise after 2 days in front of the house. Everything is elegantly packed

I ordered an out of order item in early weeks of April. I received an email on 04/25 that my order is out for delivery and I will receive the tracking information in another email now.But since then i have been waiting for that email and a package but nothing has arrived.Trying to contact customer service but no one is responding. And now they have been sending me emails to write a review! Wtf am I supposed to write!

Great range of health supplements

Item was as described, the company make it clear that they are running behind with orders from the beginning. After 1 week i contacted them and they responded with an estimated time of delivery. I recieved my item within the time advised when i placed the order and it was as expected. I think this is a genuine company who do exactly as they say from the start. The only reason for 4 stars was due to the delivery time in general which obviously would be better if it was delivered quicker. Due to the transparency of the company i cant have any legit complaints about them and i would use them again.

Terrible experience

It has been two weeks and they still have not despatched my order. But they have lied to me several times that its being dispatched the next day.

Don't waste your time ordering from these guys.

poor service. took way longer than told to arrive. and when items finally arrived only 1 of 2 boxes in the same order were delivered, and i am yet to receive the 2nd box
