Haus FLOP Management collects money as a right without obligations

Terrible level of service provided by haus FLOP Management. They are very lucky as I can't attach pictures here but have a look at my Google review. The Lifts are permanently out of service. If you want haus FLOP Management to fix something then you have to complain multiple times. The lifts have been out of service for months. They are still in the process of 'calling' the engineer. Parking spaces are flooded without a solution. If you want zero services and a company entitled to collect money, poor customer service then please appoint haus FLOP management as your managing agent in your building.

I know all they care is about collecting money and then replying to reviews with silly things like 'we can't find your account' or 'please contact us with additional details'. However, it is nonsense, I am posting pictures with the issues and they can easily locate the building and fix the problems but they will not do that as they are a bunch of dishonest people.

We are sorry to see that you felt the need to write this review.

We are aware of the lift outage and understand the frustration this can cause for residents. The lift contractor is scheduled to attend site on 13 March to carry out repairs. We have been advised that one of the electrical phases has failed and requires replacement, and the contractor will be addressing this during the visit in order to restore the lift to full working order.

With regard to the flooding reported in the parking area, this matter has been under active investigation. Multiple inspections have taken place, including attendance by surveyors, in order to determine the underlying cause. At present, investigations have considered whether the issue may relate to previous cladding remediation works or general deterioration within the area. Further assessments have been undertaken and we are continuing to progress the matter to identify the appropriate long-term solution.

We would also like to note that we have previously attempted to identify the account associated with the name used in these reviews but have unfortunately been unable to locate it within our records. As updates regarding ongoing works and investigations are regularly shared with leaseholders via the resident portal, it may be that you are a tenant and therefore may not currently have access to these communications.

If this is the case, we would recommend contacting your landlord or managing agent so that they can liaise with us directly or arrange portal access, which will ensure you receive the most up-to-date information regarding works taking place at the development.

Good managing agency

My experience with Haus is very possitive. Haus is managing the appartement block where I am renting a flat. Manager Chante is extremelly professional and helpful. Any issues from change of the light bulb in the communal corridor to leaks inspection are dealt promptly and being fixed.

Highly recommended

I recently dealt with Haus Block Management on behalf of our client who is remortgaging their property, I was impressed by the level of service provided. The responses were prompt, the communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently.

As someone who works with various management companies on a daily basis, I know how stressful and time-consuming the process can often be, particularly when delayed replies hold up property sales. However, this was absolutely not the case with Haus.

A special mention to Davida Fouche for being incredibly responsive and quick in providing everything requested. Her efficiency and professionalism made the transaction run smoothly.

Highly recommended.

Well done to Georgiana!!!

I would like to formally express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding efforts Georgiana made during the recent power outage at Burrells Wharf.
I have rarely seen someone work with such dedication, professionalism, and commitment. Throughout the disruption, she provided updates almost every hour, clearly explaining what was happening and what residents could expect. This level of communication made a huge difference in managing expectations and significantly reduced anxiety during what was a very challenging situation.
Georgiana worked until late in the evening, past 10.00 pm, ensuring residents were kept fully informed at every stage. Her calm, proactive approach and visible leadership were truly commendable.
I genuinely hope this feedback reaches Senior Management at Haus, as Georgiana is without doubt one of the best property managers I have encountered. It is a real pleasure to have her managing Burrells Wharf.
Well done, and thank you for your exceptional work.

Terrible company and awful service

Terrible company and awful service. Completely unhelpful when there are issues with the building. Take far too long to resolve matters. They installed a lock on our bin room and now the bin collectors can’t access it and we have overflowing rubbish. Had the water shut off for over 8 hours before they sent someone to fix it. These are just some of the issues that we have experienced since living at our place for a year. We rent but actual leaseholder are now being charged on top of their already expensive service charge regarding a fire safety issues that was Haus’ mistake.

In relation to the bin store, access arrangements have now been addressed and refuse collections have resumed. The lock was introduced as part of measures to manage access to the bin store and address reported misuse of the area. We recognise the disruption caused while access arrangements were being updated and apologise for the inconvenience experienced.

With regard to the water outage, a contractor attended on the same day the issue was reported to investigate and carry out the necessary repairs. Updates were also provided via the resident portal at the time, and the matter was responded to as promptly as possible.

In respect of the fire safety works, we would clarify that there has been no error on our part. The costs referenced relate to the replacement of the EWS1 certification, which was required following updated guidance and the need for a current FRAEW/EWS1. The previous documentation, commissioned prior to our appointment, was no longer accepted, and the updated assessment was necessary to ensure compliance.

Working with Davida Fouché was very productive. He was fast and efficient, making the sales process much easier and less stressful than it could have been. My only issue was the extortionate £720 fee for the management pack, however this is more down to Haus as a company as opposed to Davida.
