Not a good product.
The water purifier broke within 8 months.
I am trying to get in touch with the company with the problem with my above product.
H20HYDRO does care to reply to my email.
Please don't buy from this company.

So bad, i have contacted them over 10 times to return the item. No return label so now left with this rubbish. Doesn't connect. Dont waste your money.
Raised dispute with credit card company. Now the company are disputing this. Shocking to see this as they have not replied for over 3 months. Please please dont buy.

Contacted them on several occasions now and received no response. I’ve had the filter since February, and the connector has already worn out, making it unusable. What a waste of money.

Like much of the comments below, avoid this fake business if possible. I ordered in hopes to relieve some of my symptoms from eczema and received items but didn’t even try to fit onto taps as I had already started healing my body myself. I returned item in March 2025 and it now April 27th. I have still not received my refund. Luckily and unluckily at the same time, I ordered through Klarna, who are now doing an investigation into this matter but have also blocked my account from purchasing further items. H20hydro has stopped all communication with me since I provided my evidence of returning their item

Avoid. Cheap re-packaged item. Does not fit, no response to e-mails. Missing items. Trying to get money back from my bank.

Do not buy from this place! I won’t call it a company because their email address is a gmail not even a proper company’s email address!!

Does not fit the tap! Lucky enough I paid on visa, so I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. Stay well away!!

Beware people, this is a scam. I paid £35 for this water filter. It fit the tap okay, but when I tested the filtered water with a TDS test it read higher than my usual disgusting tap water, hence why I purchased it. I got in touch with the company and got a reply from a random Gmail account to say it’s normal for that to happen! Said I should try it again, allowing tap to run a full 10 minutes through the filter. No change to the quality and asked for an address to return it to. Was given the first name, no surname, of a man’s residential address. When trying to return by Royal Mail they ask for recipient’s email so they can send them delivery notifications. I wrote again to the gmail address at least three times now. All have been completely ignored. Feel very silly now that I trusted all of their fake reviews. This company (if indeed it is a company) needs stopping before they scam others.

I've checked out reviews and I really don't believe the low rated reviews. Sounds like an attack to me these filters are amazing I just got mine sent to Queensland Australia. I've just installed it in seconds and it is working a breeze. Trust pilot I think you should consider asking for proof when it comes to the bad reviews. These filters come with multiple attachments to suit any tap plus rubbers so they don't leak. People don't even read the bad reviews. Just get one. This product is great 😃👍🏼

Avoid. I bought one emailed via website twice to try and get a refund no response. I'm now out of pocket £30 it's a rip off. Doesn't fit tap fell off easily. Waste of money

Please do not buy this. Made in China, unbranded packaging, doesn’t fit any tap - simply falls off. Really poor design that does not work. Water flows freely through the unfiltered part (why is this is necessary when you are buying a filter?) but doesn’t come out the ‘filter’ bit. A flimsy toy like lever is supposed to switch flow to the filter exit but unsurprisingly it doesn’t work. Terrible waste of money and plastic. I don’t usually bother to review but I feel strongly about this - Do not buy!

this is the most stupid scam in the market. you can get the same item from temu or other Chinese online shops for less than £10. the delivery process is over 3 weeks and it is not worth even trying.

Scam. Filter didn't arrive. Said problem with delivery .several.emails from 'lucy" at a Gmail address
It's not genuine.dont loose your money

Avoid at all. Let's. It's a scam it's a cheap temu produce so you get scammed 25 quid basically as they cost 10 on temu they need stopping

Fake filter. Literally the same filter you can get off Temu with a random brand printed on it. Cannot get a refund after their claims for money back guarantee.

Love this filter, fits great on my tap and I can already notice the quality of filtered water.

Realised the longer I waited that is a scam currently doing the rounds on social media. Loads of fake reviews on their website that it convincing.. more red flags when I noticed the account on instagram @h20hydro29 had disappeared. And that they use the notorious 17track.net to fulfill the order / tracking etc…

Usually I never fall for this nonsense but this website and order system looked so legit as did the reviews and the advert on instagram that initially led me to order a water filter system.
