As a former customer of Haardenexpert.nl who paid over 8000 euros, I feel compelled to warn everyone about this deceitful and incompetent company. Trusting them with the installation of my fireplace was a huge mistake, and now they have the audacity to lie about their response to the situation.
Their installation team, lacking basic knowledge and expertise, botched the installation by cutting off part of my house's piping system. This blunder cost me an additional 3000 euros. Their failure to use an infrared light to detect pipes before drilling into my floor clearly shows their lack of competence.
When confronted, they refused to take responsibility and denied compensating me for their error. Now, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism and irresponsibility, they have resorted to lying in their response, claiming they compensated me and fixed the damage – which is entirely false.
It's appalling that Haardenexpert.nl not only fails to provide satisfactory service but also tries to cover up their mistakes with deceit. Their only concern is making money, even if it means damaging your property and leaving you to foot the bill.
In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Haardenexpert.nl. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting these fraudsters with your hard-earned money. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity make them unworthy of your trust, and you will undoubtedly regret dealing with them.

Als Haardenexpert raakt het ons zeer dat we door u, onterecht, in een kwaad daglicht worden gezet. Van te voren is er door ons aangegeven niet de verantwoording te willen nemen voor het boren in de verdiepingsvloer in verband met de mogelijke leidingen in dat deel. We begrijpen dat u door het raken van een leiding voor een vervelende financiële tegenvaller bent komen te staan. Om die reden zijn we u tegemoet gekomen in de kosten én organisatie om het op te lossen. Daarom vinden we het jammer om deze review te ontvangen. Maar uiteraard gaan we respectvol om met onze klanten en willen u om die reden nog veel plezier toewensen met de haard.
