Scam

I placed an order with Hairworld on October 9, 2026 (Order #HW1076) for €69.95. Today, October 28, I still haven’t received my order.

I have contacted the company multiple times to ask about my order, but I have never received a single response. No updates, no explanation, and no customer service whatsoever.

At this point, I feel like I have been scammed. They took my money, but I have received absolutely nothing in return.

I deeply regret not reading the Trustpilot reviews before placing my order. Had I done so, I would never have purchased anything from this website.

I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious before ordering from Hairworld. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at all.

I am still waiting for either my order or a full refund.
