The most professional software on the market
I have been in the crypto market for 8 years. I have never met anything more professional with better support. It's not a money machine. It's still just a tool, but probably the best on the market. If you are serious about crypto trading, this is probably the best option.

Thanks for the honest feedback - the learning curve has been a fair criticism of the platform for a while, and it's something we've been actively working on.
We just rolled out a redesigned Create Bot page that walks users through which bot type to use, when to use it, and what each one is best suited for. It's aimed squarely at the pain point you described - getting from "I want to start a bot" to actually having one running, without needing to piece it together yourself.
We'll be the first to admit the platform goes deep (HaasScript, advanced strategies, multi-exchange setups), so we're not trying to pretend it's a one-click tool. But we do want the first 10 minutes to feel approachable, even if the full depth is there for users who want it.
If you're open to giving it another look, we'd genuinely value a second round of feedback. Either way, thanks for taking the time to post this.

This is one of the best trading bot as of 2024. I do futures trading and it is the best to do it. You know? 60 percent of crypto trading bots are done thru Hass Online. Recommend to anyone else.

Everything was set up professionally and I am very satisfied but The only problem I can find as an experienced user is the number of active bots in the Pro app, unfortunately it limits the client to explore further. Currently, the number of active robots in Plan Pro is not more than 25 robots, and this is really a small number to implement different strategies.

Good docs, but no links? Had to use perplexity.ai to find the right info in your docs. Still no links, still can't find the "2fa" page. Please send the link to the "2fa page" so i can sign in to the server.
