Fantastic sofa - we've had it for over 6 months now and we still love it. Super service as well.

I am very sorry to write this review as I was previously so enthusiastic about this company. I purchased a 2-seater sofa about 2 years ago. Service was excellent then and I have really enjoyed my sofa. Fast forward 2 years and a new home and I now want to get a quote to extend my sofa and purchase new covers. This option doesn't seem to be on the website and we are encouraged to email. I have emailed 3 times now with no response whatsoever. I tried to call too (no number on the website but I managed to find one elsewhere) but that didn't work either. I have to wonder if the company is still in business if they are not interested in more custom. Very disappointing.

After hunting high and low for an eco friendly, non toxic sofabed (thanks UK for all the flame retardant in the majority of sofas), we came across Habbio.

Recycled materials can still contain toxins, so before buying I reached out to ask for more information. Having recently contacted another company who took about a week to reply, I expected the same from Habbio. Not so - I had a response within 24 hours from Adam answering my questions and being very transparent with his answers.

Hoping to try out one to see if they were comfortable to sit on, we trusted internet maps and drove to the nearest Habbio location. Only to find nothing - we called the number to find that it's a warehouse and not a showroom. Thanks, maps. The person we spoke to on the phone was very friendly though, and willing to answer any questions we had.

We decided to take a chance and order one anyway (the king bed sofabed). Habbio kept us informed as soon as they had a delivery date arranged, their delivery man was great, putting it together quickly and showing us how it went together, how to open it up and close it, etc.

Every member of their team from start to finish has been professional, friendly, and honest.

**To be fully transparent, it's not a plush, sink-into-it sofa. The cushions are thinner than we'd prefer and pretty solid. We haven't tested it as a sofabed yet, but as a daybed and a sofa it works fine. If we could change anything about it, we'd choose higher armrests and back, more padded cushions and armrests, and a storage option.

If your priority is an eco friendly, non toxic sofabed, Habbio is the way to go.

From ordering to delivery everything went smoothly.
Our HB04 chaise is just the right size, looks great and comfortable to sit on. Delivery was great, all packaging being taken away.

Lovely little company with a personal touch. So helpful with the entire order. We are away when the delivery was due so organized for the driver to arrive in our absence. When we got home the sofa was all in place with no rubbish to deal with! Just a wonderful sofa to sit on.
The fabric is super and we love the colour it's just perfect and really comfy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you guys!!!

Fantastic concept from original build, sustainability and delivery I am beyond please with it. It’s comfortable and very beautiful too.

The team at Habbio up until receipt of our sofa were excellent. Since then we have been extremely disappointed. Not only with the comfort of the sofa (it is hard and incredible uncomfortable) but also with the customer service. We have raised our concerns and are yet to receive any response.

I would advise everyone against buying a Habbio sofa especially the HB04 The Indulgent - there is nothing indulgent about it other than the price. We spent up to 3k on the sofa which we do not sit on as it actually gives you back ache.

I would have thought twice about buying if I realised the bottom cushion covers do not come off and aren't washable. I feel a bit misled by the website which just states they are (they're referring to the back cushions presumably which do have a zip).

Other than that, good quick service. I find them comfortable but I like firm sofas. It's big enough for me and has lasted well with no sagging or wear in the past year.

Fantastic customer service and great experience with our Habbio Purchase. We had a lot of questions that were promptly answered by the team and we are delighted with the quality of our Habbio H3 sofa/seats

I love these sofas. Second one taking residence and good to know the covers can be replaced if needed. Customer service and delivery/assembly has always been brilliant too.

Good interaction and clarity on "what happens next".

Delivery was arranged at a convenient date/time and assembly was quick easy.

The sofas came in plastic wrap 😐 but in the end they have been useful to keep as covers for when decorating. Thanks 🙏 ♥️

Excellent communication and my order over the phone was simple, swatches arrived quickly and information on every step was clear and easy to follow. Only took a few weeks and sofas were delivered. Installation took about 20 mins and I live on the first floor. Would recommend

The sofa bed is wonderful, and the service was fantastic - from setting up the appointment to the actual installation of the sofa in our home.

Shortly after posting my review of 20 February, I spotted an issue with the fabric of one of the two sofas I'd purchased from Habbio. When I reported it, I experienced the same fantastic customer service I'd received just a few weeks earlier. Everything was resolved quickly, without fuss, and a new cover made and delivered within a fortnight. I'd urge anyone thinking of buying eco furniture to look no further than this wonderful company. Adam and his team (Craig, Sharon and Daniel) couldn't be more helpful, and the furniture is super. You won't be disappointed. Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

Really easy to order - we spoke to Adam and he was so helpful and friendly. It made the buying experience enjoyable and it felt exciting to be able to purchase such an eco-friendly sofa bed. The delivery was spot on time by a lovely man who efficiently put the sofa bed in place and built it so quickly! The material is gorgeous, quality extremely good and the colour true to the online photos. We are so pleased and wish that other manufacturers could be more like Habbio! Thank you!

Habbio have been incredible.

This is honestly the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. We had an issue with our order which was resolved with such empathy and understanding that we were shocked because we aren’t used to it from companies.

On top of that the sofa is beautiful, it doesn’t have that nasty chemical smell, the fabric feels robust and the cushions comfortable. The delivery guy showed us how to put it together and explained how modular it is. It’s how things should be made and feels like a sofa for life.

On top of that our kids love it, it feels very central to family life already.

We were delighted with Habbio, from the ordering, to the delivery (the person who brought the boxes and made up the sofa was very organised, calm and knowledgeable) and we absolutely love our sofa. It fits the corner perfectly, we love the colour and we like that it is firm and comfy.

Hi. We purchased HB04 large sofa in blue velvet in February 2023.

The ordering process and delivery was excellent.

The fact it was non toxic was the selling point for us to purchase from this company . We foolishly did not visit the showroom to try the sofas.

However, this is the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on.

It is rock hard. To call it the indulgent sofa is misleading.

After nearly 2 years of putting up with it, we are trying to sell it second hand because it is damaging my back!!

It is such a shame. I was told in a phone call to customer services after the purchase that it would soften up with use! This has not happened.

The back of the sofa is really low- which is why it fits in a box for easy transport and access into every home- but this means there is no support and if you're in any way above average height, there is no support for your upper back and shoulders.

The arms of the sofa are skinny and uncomfortable to lean on. The bolster cushions for the arms are tiny little cushions which are almost pointless.

The back cushions are also very low .

The sofa is neither comfortable for lying on- it feels like lying on a hard floor- or for sitting on.

This is a hard financial loss- as I cannot imagine we will recoup much for reselling .

I think Habbio's mission to produce non- toxic sofas is laudable but comfort needs to be a priority for a sofa .

Sorry to put in a bad review. I'm normally incredibly positive. But I'm really disappointed and an feeling really out of pocket.
