We had a fantastic experience with Habitat. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. Romero was especially great to work with - communicative, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had. From signing the contract to moving into a great property, everything was handled quickly and professionally. We’d absolutely use Habitat again in the future!

I’ve worked with 3 real estate agencies in london and I can truly say that habitat estates london gave me the best customer service between them all. Usually after the contract is signed it gets hard to reach the agents, they stop answering and it gets hard getting stuff fixed. Whereas Jay and Rebecca were always very helpful , always answered quickly and always delivered. One of the many examples of that is that once the washing machine broke and a new one was installed 2 the day after.

Further we felt that he had good communication with the tenants as well.

There is an amazing agent, Romero, I've got good experiences through him. He has been always nice. You can get a house in a good location at a reasonable price. All procedures are carried out reliably, and he explains well what the tenant may not know well and kindly explains even if asked again. He is quick to respond. And when a problem arises He also tries to solve the problem. Because of him, I have trusted this company. highly recommend!

please be careful for these agencies. they take a deposit and then there are problems because there is no flat. and problem later money back
