Purchase at 10am and delivered before midday. Amazing same day service.

I ordered some cold chain pet food online and to make the minimum order I bought more than my freezer could hold and the local store was more than happy for me to do a partial pick up and when I return two weeks later they were very organised and found my remaining order immediately. I really felt the store went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.

Always great service. If there's a problem that's not even their fault, they're always pro-active and helpful. Prices are good and sales throughout the year so always able to balance the pet budget with free shipping over $49!
Best of all, you always get to speak to a human person, not a robot.

The freeze dry chicken i bought had all the requirements for my Maine coon, and she loves them like you wouldn't believe. Just hearing me opening the packet drives her nuts...😆

Very happy with range of choice and price. Only slight negative was that the confirmation receipt made me unsure whether my order was going to be delivered instead of click and collect as I had requested. Was all good as my order was ready when I did go in to collect.

The customer service when I called up was fantastic. It’s so hard to get prime 100 rolls delivered, practically impossible so I was shocked to see it available on Habitat. Called to make sure the flavour I wanted was in stock as there’s a shortage. She was incredibly helpful and after placing an order, it was at my doorstep within hours.

Cannot find a single reason to fault the service I received from habitat port Melbourne.
Although I technically qualified for free delivery, I ordered a refrigerated product so I paid for 2 hour delivery,
My order arrived within the hour, it was super fast, and I was able to watch the delivery in real time.
I love that I can ask the experienced staff any and all questions about my dog’s health and needs, the staff have personal experience, as well as product knowledge, something that was seriously lacking at a competitor’s store.
Even when experiencing an emergency, they went above and beyond to ensure my dog gained the help she needed, if the product i required was not in store, they had it transferred from another. I have 100% faith in port Melbourne habitat, purely because past performance has facilitated this

The order was easy to place and quick to be dispatched but it still hasn’t been delivered so I’m not particularly happy with Aramex the delivery company.
I had asked for it to be left but it was taken to their depot and the redelivery date which was yesterday wasn’t actioned either.
