Very happy with easily accessible content for students, together with a logical approach in the layout of the book.

Navigation is also a doddle.

Overall, I have no issues.

Hodder itself is brand name. Very authentic ,and good books . Staff is also very cooperative. All apps are very user-friendly.

I ordered 3 books and paid for faster delivery.
When the parcel arrived only one of the 3 books that i ordered was inbthe package.
I phoned and explained and asked for the remaining 2 books.
Today i recieved a package containing only 1 of the 2 books that i was expecting.
This is ridiculous service and a waste of my time having ro ring again.
Is it so hard to deliver the 3 books ordered?
And it will arrive late ! I want a refund for the charge i paid for faster delivery

Excellent book and delivered in reasonable time

It was good to see that with the new Global politics curriculum there is a new textbook published to help the teachers and the learners.
The TOK sections will help students with critical thinking, analysis and evaluation skills.
I am happy to see that there are specific case studies in this textbook.

The clarity of the presentation- quite structured in exploring the new components of the global politics syllabus. Insightful in addressing the pedagogical needs associate with the course, especially for new teachers.

The professional development online course on the IB DP Global Politics was an excellent Initiative. Especially for the new teachers , who are still trying to understand the intricacies of this course.

Very detailed program. Really appreciate the time given by the speakers, and solving various queries from the teachers.

Explanations and justifications for why the text was developed were clear. The little bits of extra effort in the text appear to be areas that will help clarify a highly conceptual course.

This answered any questions I had about the new programme and the video will help to cascade the information.

After I received an Order Confirmation from Hachette... total darkness. I really don't know what is going on with my order, when or IF I will receive it, how to pay for it and so on...

The eBooks is very awkward to use on either iPhone or iPad. Not really worth the money. The content is good but ruined by the software.

Communication is very poor.

I placed an order for the thinking skills as & a level coursebook, paid for both the product and shipping and in all the email was told the product is “available” (whatever that means) and that my order will be delivered “as soon as possible”. Yet my order has not been dispatched.
There was no indication that the item was out of stock when I paid, I still do not know whether the item is out of stock or not because none of my emails are being answered. Nowhere on the site does it offer an explanation as to why they don’t dispatch orders immediately after order confirmation (like almost every other company).
Poor customer service, poor user experience, lack of transparency.

Craig's Assignment Course was fantastic. Very informative and educational and walked away much more confident in getting my classes through this. Very easy to book and given advance notice of location and timings. Would definitely attend a Hodder Education course again.

Dealing with sales team was frustrating. We were not interested in online platform, but didn't know that the only way you can get access to any teacher resources was to pay $800 to access online. It is ridiculous to not have teachers materials any other way. Most text books give the teachers the worked solutions free! The textbook has errors in the answers at the back (it happens...) but without the worked solutions it is alot of work on the teacher to find them all.

Fast delivery, great product

Hi, I gave a one star rating because I need someone to return my email to get assistance logging in. I tried to follow the directions for resetting the password for my account according to the email I was sent, but the reset doesn't work for me.
