Do Not Wait! Contact Hacked.com. Not every outcome will be the same, but my experience with Christian and Hacked.com is just like every other positive review you have read. I spent 5 days in the Facebook loop. Email and phone number had been removed from my account and I tried everything. I thought my account of 16 years would be lost forever. Christian was able to get back into my account and get rid of the hacker during the first call. I cannot thank Christian enough and I will be promoting him and Hacked.com as much as I can. Hacked .com recovered my facebook account twice. The first time it was hacked. Christian secured my account and made it safe! The second time, two weeks later it was not hacked but a facebook glitch. Christian again recovered account and made sure it was secure! Very professional with a quick easy phone call. Christian walks you through each step! Hacked.com is secure and trustworthy to use! I knew what I was in for when my consultant told me how long recovery can take and that it isn’t a guaranteed thing, quite some time had passed since my account was hacked, so I had little hope from the start.
That being said a word to anyone considering the sevice, yes it can take a damn long time but the staff at Hacked.com are transparent about this from the start.
What you are paying for are the things they tell you that you may not have heard of trying, this can also depend on the country you live in and the different government agencies that can help. So as they say persistence is key. Keep at it, it may feel like you are going nowhere but by the end of my session I felt like someone had punched a hole in the brick wall I’d hit months ago. And eventually after many attempts and all the new options laid before me eventually one of them worked.
I highly recommend Hacked.com because no matter what, you haven’t tried everything yet.

My Facebook account was hacked on 6/3/2023. The hacker was harassing my family and my friends. This caused me so much stress and anxiety. Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson were both always so calm and very helpful. The whole process took exactly 13 months for me to finally regain access to my Facebook. Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson did a phenomenal job at helping me.

I received a response from the Attorney General about a month after filing the complaint, but it took 11 months for Facebook to contact me. They requested I give an email never associated to my Facebook or any other Social Media account. I wound up creating a new email. They wanted an explanation of events that led to the loss of my account. I did exactly as I was instructed by Greg with my responses and they requested I send my id to confirm I am indeed the owner of my account. 3 days later, I received the link to reset my password.

I also did what I was instructed and once back into my account, I set up a meeting with Greg to secure the account.

My best advice is, be patient, trust in them, they know what they are doing. Both were very helpful during the process and followed up with emails after my sessions to break down in steps what to do next.

Hacked.com, Greg and Christian took away all of my stress with their efforts and I would highly recommend their expertise. They are awesome!

Christian was an absolute superstar. After 6 weeks of constantly having to change my password to secure my Facebook account only to have it taken over again I had run out of options on what to do as Facebook themselves were of no help. If you are facing issues with your social media apps or even as a preventative option I could not recommend this enough. It's totally legit, friendly and helpful.
