Worst service ever . Ordered clothes paid via Klarna, it had been nearly a month order was still pending not accepted. Emailed and sent DM to get status and heard nothing . Got in touch with Klarna and then they got in touch with owner of site who then finally messaged me back saying sorry I’m not in the country I will cancel and refund in 2 days . I got the refund after 3 weeks ! Most unprofessional site ever

I placed order on 2nd October and I still haven't received it

They charged me for next day delivery and the delivery came after three days off eid i am not happy with there service at all I continuously phoned no refund and no money back for extra delivery i will never use them again they are very unhelpful

Very poor service. I had emailed several time but no response most times. Didn’t receive one of the item I’ve ordered, and it’s hard to get in contact with them. Very disappointed, the item was for eid.

It's disgusting u offer Eid collection and yet both my outfits still haven't come. I paid straight away

Ordered the clothes over a month ago they was then low in stock and couldn’t give me all my outfits. One got delayed and wasn’t delivered for 2 weeks then it went out of stock. Had to chose a different outfit which came a few hours before eid which was terrible. However was happy with the outcome and the outfit

I ordered arifa red suit. The suit was beautiful and the material was of excellent quality

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. WASTE OF TIME RIP OFF. They took my money 5 days later said they didn't have one of my outfits in stock (I ordered 3) but still took the money for it..then said to choose another one but everything i liked sold out only horrid ones left..iv been emailing and txting since to get my money back and no response..disgusted..I am looking elsewhere for eid clothes can't rely on this crappy company no respect for customers.

The clothes r really good quality. Just need to update with delivery's and add chiffon clothes to ur website

Worst experience I have had in a long time. There was no communication and falsely led me to believe my clothes were coming when they were not infact and I had nothing to wear for eid. Bearing in mind I ordered the clothes 3 weeks in advance which is plenty of time to get them shipped out ( their shipping was 8 days). They do not reply and have a no refund policy. Big headache and a waste of time.

Have received damaged duppata, did send messages and email but stuck waiting for a return label and my refunds.

Fantastic customer communication. The received my outfit from the pre order selection and I couldn’t be more pleased.

The suits were totally average. There was nothing special about them. As I was taking the suits out the box to see them and try them on, the beads were already falling off and I haven’t wore the suits yet.

Really like my suit that i purchased, i got the suit in small size and it was perfect, the material is so nice, and i got my suit within a few days too.
Am so happy with the suit and fast delivery. I will deffo be ordering from here again .

I ordered a suit and the trousers on it was a wrong size and was told that I’d get replacement more 8 days. Nothing done yet. Very disappointed.
