I cannot thank all the amazing staff at Haddon enough, especially the lovely David and George, for their fabulous service after an awful experience with another bathroom company previously where i was fobbed off for months with vague communication, Haddon have been my absolute saviours!!! from start to finish constant updates and communication every step of the way from purchase to delivery, explained every detail of the timeline and what would happen next along the way, the process was so smooth i am already planning my next two purchases, as every item at Haddon has such a timeless classic beauty to it, i would never go anywhere else now and all for an amazing price!! this review is so well deserved its actually the most deserved review i have ever left!!! keep up the good work guys and outstanding customer service, and keep bringing us those beautiful pieces! you are all amazing!! I ordered a Tap from this company
I ordered a Tap from this company. I had never heard of Haddon but looking at their Website the products looked decent with a price that suggested quality.
The Tap arrived on scheduled date and the product felt & looked high end. I was really happy with my purchase until the plumber informed me I'd ordered the wrong size.
I contacted Customer Service's and the issue was resolved immediately.
My replacement Tap arrived within a couple of days.
Now installed, it looks amazing.
I will definitely use Haddon again.....Highly recommended.

The new colourway in baths and sinks is stunning. Beautiful calming palette chosen by the designers there. Customer service was amazing. Great communication with George and nothing was too much trouble. Items arrived super fast and beautifully packaged which always helps with a luxury product. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HADDON. Their Instagram account gives a good representation of what’s on offer. High end, excellent quality products.

Super Customer Service
David was super helpful in ensuring i got my product in perfect condition. Sadly two delivery companies mishandled a fragile item and on both occasions they came to me cracked or damaged, David ensured i got the product as soon as possible. Communication via email was 10/10 and even after product received ... follow up to ensure all is well is much appreciated. I just wished my wife found Haddon before spending so much at Lusso, as Haddon not only had similar products/ style but the price is far more competitive. Customer Service certainly heads and shoulders above

Great communication over the phone
Great communication over the phone. George was more than helpful. The product arrived promptly well packaged. I went for a brushed gold shower and freestanding bath tap that both look really high end. The shower is yet to be installed but first impressions are that this is a quality piece of equipment. I only bought the two items as a trial, but I will be fitting the rest of my bathrooms out with this company.
