After being let down by another gallery in Torquay, we were looking for something big and bright for our lounge and came across an amazing picture in the gallery which we fell in love with. Asked to buy it and was told I could collect later that day but said I would come after work on Monday. Arrived on Monday and it was very well packaged and protected for transportation - it now sits on our wall brightening up the whole room. Team were very friendly and could not have done more to help us - unlike the other gallery! Would definitely go back for my next picture! Thank you!

Was telephoned after order explaining when delivery would be made and it came when promised. Very well packaged and painting every bit as lovely as appeared on the website. Hope to be purchasing from Haddons again!

The staff at Haddon Galleries are always so helpful and the quality of the prints from original paintings is outstanding. I’ve just completed an oil on canvas as a gift for Rowcroft Hospice in Torquay and Paul is doing all the printing for me for signed limited editions. He was happy to spend all the time I needed to discuss the colour match etc. I’m also having the framing done for prints at Haddon Galleries because the service is fantastic and the end product looks amazing. I’d highly recommend them.

I ordered the Edge Bear Cub on a Saturday and on the Sunday I received a call from Haddon Galleries to ask if a delivery date of the Tuesday would be convenient. The item arrived on Tuesday as promised. The customer service as far as I am concerned was excellent. The person who rang was very polite. The package was well wrapped to prevent any damage. Overall an excellent company to do business with.

From the initial call to agree delivery to the perfect, protective package to the delivery that followed my specific instructions. If only all companies were like this!

What a fantastic gallery this is, we have been twice while holidaying in Torquay. We chatted with a lovely lady who was knowledgeable and interested in all the art work, she was so helpful and easy to talk to. We did buy a print, that was delivered when we wanted it , it was packaged perfectly and arrived safely . We will definitely be returning. Thanks 😊

The print that I wanted was in stock and although it was just before Xmas, it was dispatched next day and arrived in plenty of time. Excellent service.

Haddon Gallery is much more than just an art gallery! They also offer a wide range of other art works including the Studio Mice sculpts. These are beautiful models which can be seen on display and are what attracts us to visit the Gallery on a regular basis. The staff at the Gallery are always extremely friendly and helpful and always offer excellent and very professional advice. We could not recommend the Gallery more highly. An absolutely first class location.

Ordered 2x prints on line as a Christmas gift for my husband. I made a mistake & selected click & collect instead of delivery. Within 20 mins of me emailing the gallery it was all resolved, with my prefered delivery date agreed.. special thanks to Neil for sorting everything out!! Amazing service & I would happily buy from here again!! Can't recommend them highly enough!

Great service as always, quick dispatch and delivery

We had a look around the gallery whilst on holiday and fell in love with a picture. The lady in the shop was so knowledgeable and friendly, she talked to us about the artist and the piece we liked. We decided to buy the picture a month later online. I got a courtesy call straight away to just let me know it may take a little longer to ship (between a week/10 days). We then got a call to say it was ready and which delivery day would we like. A fantastic service and a lovely bunch of people. Everyone I spoke to were lovely and it has been a pleasure from start to finish. I would highly recommend to everyone

An excellent gallery to deal with. They rang me to discuss the delivery day that would best suit me.
I ordered an unframed print which came so well and securely packaged so that it couldn't be damaged.
I'm delighted with the print too.
