AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I could They are the worst company I have ever used, the quality of the furniture is shocking, our bed came not only with a rip in the fabric, but it has been made too small and we now have our mattress hanging 5cm off the end. Thomas is rude and unhelpful and never returns and call or email. Today we have revived a 500kg polished concrete table from them, we had to supply a team of 4 extra people to help lift it off the truck and into the house. We weren’t informed that we also need to supply someone to put the table together. I am now left with a slab of concrete on my lawn an table legs in the dining room and the delivery drivers and extra help have left. Hadley Rose will be hearing from our lawyers. Please do not put yourself through the never ending stress of dealing with these cowboys.
AVOID this company. Their registered address is a virtual office space in London. The customer service is rubbish and only one person runs this business.....Thomas. He answers the phone whatever button you press when calling. Their website looks luxurious but its all a front.
I only got my furniture as discovered where they purchased the furniture from...Maze Living. I contacted Maze direct by writing to their MD. I got my furniture within days ....which thanks to Maze I'm happy with.

Update: Finally recieved my bed although it arrived very late in the evening. Experience was not a luxury experience but the vendor called following my initial review to explain issues they are having as a result of covid and waived the delivery fee as a gesture of good will and an updated review.

Ordered £10k worth of outdoor sofas. Very poor communication from customer service as to when the sofas will arrive. Then sofas arrived without notice last week. Luckily my daughter was home to receive them. However they have arrived with no cushions. And now absolute silence about when these cushions will arrive. I have left multiple message on phone and email. I am not usually one to complain but please be wary about ordering from this company. Prices do not reflect their service at all.

Believe the more recent (and detailed) reviews and give consideration to using this company. We bought an entire outdoor dining set with bespoke colour cushions for the best part of £20k in May-20. Given the current business climate (height of Covid) we were looking for something already in stock in the UK and to support UK businesses. As per all the recent reviews, the 6-8wk delivery turned out close to double despite assurances everything we wanted was in stock and it was just a case of making the seat covers. We also spent £400-500 (I can't remember exact amount) ordering a matching parasol fabric. 13mths later, and unanswered emails and calls too numerous to count, we are still yet to receive it.
The ONLY time you will get a phone call from this company is when they are yet to take your money. Once the order is completed, you are in the hands of the Gods. I hope I do get a response (and a refund, or dare I say the item I ordered?) but I am not hopeful.
CV has impacted everyone, and lots of businesses. NONE of them seem to care so little about their customers or repeat business as Hadley Rose.

I have to agree with the below comments regarding the customer service. We ordered a coffee table in September and only just received at the end of March after being told it would take 4-6 weeks. Over the course of 6 months I called every 6 weeks for an update, the same gentleman picked up the phone and replied it would be another 4-6 weeks. I understand the difficult current climate but the gentleman on the other line was very unhelpful. Towards the end he promised to follow up with me but I would only hear his voice if it was myself who called for an update. The table is beautiful and thankfully it arrived safely despite the journey it had been on, but for the price, I would have expected far better customer service and therefore I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered some really lovely sofas from their website. ( I do interior design so the Aletta design look was super and what I wanted so I was happy to pay retail price.) For my 9k for 2 sofas (with some spare covers), I was not happy with the quality or comfort of them.The frame does not feel sturdy, (it creaks), the internal seat cushions to me are not a quality I am used to, the cushion stitching wasn't good and they had to go back for repairs (creak repair lasted 3 months) . I was shocked to discover AllSofas had made them in the return process. There is no way I would use AllSofas for my high end clients. Dealings with Thomas have not been great afterwards. Thomas has a lovely website with Berhardt and other well known designer furniture on it with their own photos, not his, but I feel he needs to choose his bespoke furniture subcontractors better. It certainly motivated me to find my own better trade suppliers, who will be replacing these sofas for me in the next 2 or so years as we just don't rate them.
Please note, he did offer to replace the seat cushions for me. However, as the seat covers had already gone back, and were so poorly repaired by his supplier so I had to go to my local tailor to do it (at my cost), we've just lost faith in this process. I'm sure he will reply to this, and make me out to be a fuss pot but I normally deal with eg Sofa and Chair Company and other firms like them and I have never had an issue with these firms.
Be cautious about buying from this company. The products on their site look amazing but may not be the case when you receive them. The customer experience and response to my constant calls were none existent. I was constantly chasing them. The only call I actually got from them was when I posted a review on Trustpilot after 6 weeks of calling.
The after-sales service was shocking. I have never met a manger so obnoxious, arrogant and rude. It seems like the company is run by one guy ‘Thomas’. We spent a considerable amount of money (£6500) on 2 outdoor sofas. When they arrive one both had defects. Warped wood, cracks and chipped. When trying to get things resolved this fell on deaf ears with Thomas. He made no effort to rectify the situation until finally pushed to do so. The third-party company who fixed all the issues turned out to be amazing and incredibly helpful. I don't know what we would have done without them.
The reason for the warped wood was put down to the rustic design by Hadley Rose. There is nothing rustic at all about the design on their website, it's marketed as a very contemporary design and don't see any warped wood or chipped on their website product.
I absolutely understand many companies have suffered through Covid including mine but we are all trying our hardest to respond to customers and continue to offer a good service. I'm more than happy to wait but when you don't get a call or a simple acknowledgement email it started to frustrate customers I'm sure. A little bit of customer service would have resolved all our issues instantly. It's a shame things didn't work out better.

We spent almost £8000 with Hadley Rose and unfortunately the customer service did not live up to their prices. When chasing to see the lead time on our 2 outdoor sofas on a couple of occasions, we were met with a very rude and obnoxious man who had no empathy or any level of courtesy when it came to following up on our order. Not suprisingly one of the sofa's planks were warped once it was assembled and we were told by the very rude man that it should be like that anyway regardless of the others looking fine. On the plus side, the company that came to deliver and fit the sofas were more than helpful and offered advice and reassurance that Hadley Rose could not. We will not be using this company again. A flash website and high prices does not always equate to great customer service.

The worst online experience ever. Ordered a dining room table and chairs, told it would take 4-6 weeks but it arrived 3.5 months later. Had to constantly chase Thomas for an update during this time, and never got a straight answer once from him. Eventually, it turned up damaged because it came half way around the world. The boxes were filthy and damaged too - not what we were expecting after spending £7,250.
Then had to argue to get a refund (they initially refused), which then took numerous emails and phone calls to resolve - lost count of the time spent chasing the company, and when they reluctantly agreed to refund, the money turned up 5 weeks later.
Avoid this company at all costs. Our experience was dreadful and there was no customer service at all.
I've got great garden furniture and accessories. Lovely pieces, love the quality and the service. Already recommended to all my friends.

We ordered 4 pieces of the Verbier outdoor collection and could not be happier with the quality. I was a little worried about spending so much money with a company about which I could find very little information online. However, I am pleased to report that everything went seamlessly. The cushions were delivered separately to the furniture (be aware that there can be a two week time difference) but once everything was here, wonderfully installed by the delivery team, we were delighted. The quality is exceptional, as you would expect at this price. An hour after putting the cushions in place we had light rain for 15 minutes. We went outside and wiped the cushions with a hand-towel and were able to immediately sit down with not a hint of dampness. Communication from the company could be improved but if you can forgive that, then you will be delighted with the furniture.
Amazing furniture and I just love it. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I ordered multiple pieces of outdoor furniture, in spite of having no physical presence, based on the promise of free returns if the quality was unacceptable.
The quality was terrible. Having £5k, they looked like they cost £500. So I contacted them for a return.
This is where they earned their 1 star!!
There is no facility to speak to the returns department. You have to email and wait for a response. When they don’t respond after the 48 hours they promise, you have to email again.
After the return is sorted, again you can’t speak to anyone about the date of refund, you have to email, and they don’t even respond to that.
I had to contact Amex to cancel the payment after they ignored me for over 3 weeks.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I have placed an order on 14 Nov 2018.
Until now, although I tried many times to contact the company for a date of delivery they never responded to any of my questions. All my emails received no answers to my questions. I waited on the phone for more than 25 minutes and no one responded.
I still not received the product and still not have a date of delivery.
