Useless Products and Non-Existant Customer Service

Cancelled my subscription one day after confirmation. Attempted multiple times to contact the 'customer service' only to get an email back saying the email address was not valid. As a result, I'm stuck with a product that I don't want coming in at nearly £100. I sent a request on the website only for nobody to get back to me. Do not trust this brand, poor customer service and useless products.

Not sure company is real

Ordered item last Tuesday. All info says ship 1 to 2 days. I contacted and they said the person who deals with orders is off sick.... the person? only one?! Then 2 follow up emails have been fobbed off basically.
i also notice that there appears to be two companies of the same name with similiar logos. I seem to think ive been scammed so will be contacted my bank today to start the process of reclaiming my payment if possible.

Update from 3rd message to chase order after 8 days - my order pending is pending due to missing product??? So does that mean out of stock? if so, why is the website still offering items for sale. Very dubious.

Further update item has now been sent according to email received. Will update this report as appropriate but either way this hasnt been a good experience.

Last update - item was received so will see what its like. And that voucher mentioned on the reply below... thats not happened either. Still wondering how 2 companies can have the same name and logo. Surely that wouldve been checked before setting up a business??
