Poor senior customer services & management-
Poor senior management- from customer services manager and then MD. Fobbed off and then ignored. I ordered a door system. £850. The wrong system was boxed by thier supplier. This error was not accepted by them for 2 weeks by such time i had lost 3 days of project, and incurred £450 in carpentry costs. They would not make compensation, or their MD return my calls calls. Outstanding debt awaits settlement by them.
