DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! They do not give refunds and not shipped from this country!! They suck and not legit.

Do Not buy anything from this company. The products they are selling are cheap and unusable. They will not answer your email and they will not give a full refund. Also, they want you to send anything back to Hong Kong China, when it was shipped from Chicago. The cost for shipping is excessive.

If i cld give it no stars i would. DO NOT BUY from this thieves, i got 2 bracelets that supposed to light up and vibrate everytime the other person touches theirs, so these mf sent me 2 very low quality regular bracelets i payed twenty something dollars so i contact them and these b tell me that bc it was sent from china it would be to much to send it back and i had to pay for the return that they f up and for me to keep the two shity ass bracelets that the only good thing u can do with them is throw them in the trash and that they where going to give me 3$ back for SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP. ooh n on top of that mine didn't fit n my wife trying it the piece of garbage broke. Don't buy from them you only going to get a headache and your money stolen. F thieves

Ordered butterfly keys chains took 5 weeks to receive. Too late for Christmas have tried numerous times to cancel and ask for refund. Refused and won't send a return label

This company is horrible to work with. I placed an order on 12/4 and then immediately found the same product on Amazon for roughly half the cost. With 10 minutes of my order I emailed them requesting to cancel my order. Rather than process my email they began begging me to “give their product a chance” and then refused to process my request. On 12/9 I received an email from them stating the product had already shipped and they couldn’t do anything about it. On 12/15 I received the tracking information showing the product had just shipped. Clearly this company is unethical and built on lies.

Additional note, I paid $10 extra for express shipping and as of the date of this email, 12/26 (3 weeks post order) the item still has not been delivered and, according to their own tracking info, doesn’t appear to be arriving anytime soon. Avoid this company and any of their products at all cost.

This is a sham company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. they said they delivered my package, I have been looking for it for over a week with no luck. The carrier doesn't have pictures if proof of delivery and this company has still not refunded me or sent another. They keep saying its delivered but I DO NOT HAVE IT. First time I have ordered from them and it is my LAST. I hAve literally spent over going on 2 weeks with no resolution from them. They are a SHAM

I received cheap shirts and asked for an address to return. I paid $57 dollars, they offered me $9, no return.

And one star is too generous. I ordered the SunKnit Cardigan. I have not received it, yet the company claims that they have tracking that proves delivery. Meanwhile MY tracking ceased midway Sept 2 2025 stuck in one place. PayPal can you believe sided with this merchant because they were able to produce a tracking that showed delivery and discounted my attachments that showed otherwise. This company is a scam and should be cautioned when buying from. I was so looking forward to the cardigan and now not only am I out USD currency but I have no cardigan. I have been battling this with the company since Sept 9 to no avail. I don’t even get responses now that PayPal sided with them. Most disappointed.

I purchased an embroidery sampler book from Hailoyearn and was very disappointed with what I received. The product does not match what was advertised - the stitches on the fabric are blurry, distorted, and completely unreadable, making the sampler unusable for its intended purpose.

I contacted the company multiple times and even sent them photos to clearly show the issue. Despite this, they have refused to offer a refund or even send a proper replacement. I made it clear that zI would be happy to receive another sampler book if it matched the advertised product and was usable, but they have stopped responding to my emails.

The only replies I received insisted that what they sent me was 'correct', even though the photos I provided prove otherwise. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.

Based on my experience, I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing from Hailoyearn. The product photos on their website are misleading, the items received are not as advertised, and customer service does not take responsibility or provide solutions. I am a very disappointed customer and will NOT be buying from them again.

I bought an embroidery stitch book. It shows you how to do each stitch in a sewed together book. The idea is to make a sampler of each stitch. However, the pages of the book were folded and stitched at the center, which meant there is no way to reach the backside of the fabric on each page to do your stitch without awkwardly trying to reach inside the folded part. Poor design. I can't really use it, and I wouldn't give it as a gift. A waste.

I ordered vacuum bags on July 6, and still have not received them. I’ve been going back and forth with them via email. They told me my package is at my local post office so I went to the post office with the tracking number they gave me. The post office informed that’s an invalid international tracking number, the number sequence is incorrect. When I emailed them back, they gave me another tracking number that now says the package the delivered July 26th. I informed them I never received the item and why have I been given 2 different tracking numbers. I’ve asked for a refund but in reading the comments it seems that’s not going to happen. My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Received a product that does not work and have been going back and forth via email with their customer service wants to compensate me $2 to go away.

Bought a 3 pack of “comfy bras”. Bras were supposed to be a D cup size (and I’m normally a C cup). Struggled fitting them. Wore one for the day, which became more uncomfortable as day went on. By evening I found all stitches has come undone at front. They claim they have a refund policy, but the offered me a massive $2USD instead. Definitely won’t buy bras online again

Liked the build quality and the material feels durable, but improving assembly instructions and adding clearer guidelines would help.

Arrived securely packaged after about two weeks; impressed by sturdy build quality and practical, thoughtful design. Price was reasonable considering durability and overall usefulness—kids and our dog enjoyed it immediately upon setup.

Bought a planner with express shipping. Received my package 7 weeks later. The planner is cheap af.

I ordered two things from this company and one thing never arrived and every time I contacted them they asked me to keep waiting!
Second thing arrived and was broken but they wanted me to send it back to China and it would have cost more than I paid for it..so they sent me another one and it broke the first time I used it!
They offered me 2 dollars refund out of 18 dollars spent!
Very poor company.
