Orders canceled without explanation
I ordered something. They charged me. The next day, they canceled the order. I tried ordering again. They charged me. The next day, they canceled the order. Both charges were eventually refunded. I tried customer service chat and email asking why the orders were canceled and how I could buy the product. They never responded. The item is still available for purchase on their site.
