This was the first time for me to have tape in extensions. So I was worried about it and I did my homework searching online. I think I’ve looked into all of london extension’s Providers. I finally chose Louise and thank god I did! First of all she is a very nice person who will let you feel as if you know her for ages, she is a real professional knows what she is doing, she answered all of my questions and provided me with advice about the proper length and color. My hair was bleached then I darkened it and she decided to add some lighter pieces because the bleached hair eventually will lighten up.. that made the extensions look so natural on me and blend perfectly. The hair quality is amazing it looks natural even when my hair is wet! I cannot recommend her more! She is the best and I will definitely come back to her.
I am writing this after 3 weeks of my visit to her, my hair still looks wonderful like the first day I had it!

Louise is like the guru of hair extensions , I was so nervous to find the right person and the minute I sat in the chair for my consultation I knew I was in the right hands. She is so eloquent at what she does and so professional and an all round perfectionist. You will not regret booking in with Louise Bailey. And she is worth every penny of getting it right the first time. Do not be fooled by these industry cowboys like I did and almost ruined my hair forever.

Louise is very professional, and her work and finishing results are second to none!Communication is always very clear and she is so accommodating at scheduling my retapes and appointments. Highly recommend this lovely lady.

Louise should be called the extensions whisperer. She did a beautiful job and the compliments haven’t stopped. I was worried the extensions might damage my fine hair, but I needn’t have - they’re really lightweight and comfortable.

Louise is basically a miracle-worker. I thought I had to accept my fine, damaged barnet until I met her – but she has totally transformed my hair! I went to see Lou after my colour-damaged hair had a disaster on holiday and I'm so, so glad I did: I now have the hair of my dreams. Lou is very focussed on helping your natural hair reach its true potential and she colours my hair gently. I am now starting to see my natural hair grow back healthier while the extensions take the pressure off and it's starting to get a bit thicker, too. I love Lou – she's amazing at her job, a pleasure to be around and an inspiring lady. Go and see her!

Louise has done my hair a couple of times now and I can't praise her enough. Both times she was able to fit me in really quickly, was super friendly and sorted my hair (and colour via Mo) in just a couple of hours. Have absolutely loved the end result both times and will definitely be going back again.

Louise really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Extremely chatty and friendly and I felt so comfortable in her hands! I absolutely love my new hair and it has been so easy to maintain. I am a model so my hair is always under heat and covered in products, yet the hair is still in immaculate condition and it’s been 5 months. I highly recommend going to Louise you will not regret it !

I went to Louise for the first time a few weeks ago after having pre bonded hair extensions put in by another top celebrity extensionist. Having taken them out my hair was completely destroyed. I contacted Louise as i saw she did tape extensions which would allow me to grow out my hair without damage. She was super kind and really cared about preserving the quality of my natural hair. She is a real perfectionist and took her time in matching the right shade to make sure it looks seamless. She also chemically straightened the hair to make sure it matches my natural texture unlike the last salon I went to where they gave me the completely wrong texture. The end result was better than what I expected- it was what I always wanted, really beautiful, volumatic, sleek hair. It took less than an hour to put them all in and her cutting skills are also amazing. She gave me the most beautiful layers - exactly as per the pic I showed her. If you want gorgeous hair, go to Louise!

I was looking for someone who could help me as I had bonded extensions for a while but the condition of my natural hair was deteriorating noticeably to the point where I felt I couldn't not have extensions in and at the same time my scalp was often quite itchy and uncomfortable. Louise's reviews were really encouraging so I contacted her and she has now converted me to the tape system she uses and to her amazing expertise. She was also incredibly helpful and friendly in the process. The look and the feel of this hair and the way she's blended it with my own hair is great. I'm getting some really positive comments and can't recommend her service enough both for the aesthetic look and the weightless feel. Also important is that this system doesn't damage your hair.
