Sent me expired hair Wella colour fresh products! The products damaged my scalp condition, gave me a different shades, lots of dryness and redness!! Poor costumer service! Official Wella site confirmed that this product absolutely expired! Be aware! Don’t buy from this site! Such a worst experience! No response no refund! Awoid!!!

I have ordered from hair-gallery.de and everything was perfect. Delivery was fast, the product was packaged very well and safe. They were also the only authorised distributor for BioIonic products in Germany. I got the Bio Ionic 10X pro Styling Iron 1" for 250€ .

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. 2 weeks ago they took my money with 7.50 postage and no goods. I ordered again through all beauty and it came within 2 days. These people are criminals and should be reported to the authorities. It is so bad. E-mail after e-mail and nothing. I am David's wife. They took £27.95 of my money. Disgusting.

Awful customer service!
The mask came damaged because of poor packaging, it opened and contents were all over the box. Awful customer service, they are ignoring my emails for a week. Avoid ordering from them!
