i asked for it personalised saying to my daughter lots of love from mum
instead it came saying lots of love mom
after many emails and photo evidence that was asked from me by the company
the decision was that they were not in the wrong and they would not send a refund or even send at least a blanket saying from mum not MOM
The quality was also very poor what i received
I would advise to all do not order from this company

Poor service
Ordered and paid for an item, it came and is lovely BUT has the wrong wording, emailed via Facebook and was told yes it was their mistake and to contact another email which I did and dealt with Selena P! Was told I got what I ordered even after sending proof of confirmation and what I actually received and was told I could have $3 compensation?! Now won’t answer any mail I send? Poor poor service! I’ve now gone through PayPal to try and get a refund for said item which has no use to me but has cost me $30 odd !
