A terrible first and last experience

A terrible first and last experience. I ordered two products nad paid next-day delivery, and not only did they take seven days to arrive, but there was only one product in the box! The box wasn't damaged, and the courier handed it to me, so I'm sure the sender didn't include a second product! I was told they'd refund the shipping costs, but they never did.

Amazing service

Amazing service. My delivery went missing so i chased it on your whatsap chat. My messages were responded to very promptly, the courier was contacted. It never turned up so a repeat order was despatched with a different courier & delivered 2 days later. Thank you.

Excellent company! Royal mail lost my parcel and the team resent for me promptly. Great customer service and thank you especially to Molly and Jaz you were great. Would recommend and rebuy !

Website delivery information needs to…

Website delivery information needs to be clearer. It said orders before 3pm would be delivery within 48 hours. But I ordered on Saturday and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. Also, the setting lotion leaked all over the box and other products so would be helpful if they were bagged..

I’m sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than expected and that the setting lotion leaked, affecting the other products. To clarify, our delivery timeframes are slightly different for weekend orders. Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are aimed for next working day delivery, but those placed between 3pm on Friday and 3pm on Monday are typically delivered by Tuesday, as per our T&Cs. I understand this wasn’t clear to you, and I will pass your comments on to ensure our delivery information is clearer on the website.
Regarding the leaking product, I truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. I’ve asked a member of our team to contact you directly to resolve this. We will also review our packaging process to prevent this from happening in future. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to improve your experience moving forward.
