False Advertising and Poor Quality Wigs

I paid over $200 for a wig advertised as 100% Indian Remy human hair. From the start, I had problems:
•First wig: Extremely thin, visible wefts/tracks at the top, not wearable.
•Second wig: Cap was far too small—sat 2 inches above my ears, unwearable.
•Third wig: Cap finally fit, but hair quality was unacceptable. After one sedentary workday, it tangled into a stiff, dry mass that stayed locked in a bun. Multiple hairstylists confirmed this was not behaving like human hair.

I contacted the seller with proof on May 27, 2025. His response: denial, claiming “100% human hair with no doubt,” and refusing to help. Since then, he has ignored me.

One unit even caused an allergic reaction when I tried it on my sister, which is not something that happens with true human hair.

This is blatant false advertising. I’ve worn hair extensions for over 30 years, and I know how to care for them. I have never experienced a $200+ wig behave this poorly. Poor quality, misrepresentation, and no customer support.
