I accidentally placed my order three times which would have totaled to about £800...instead of just sending out the order which would have been hell for me to send back Lillian messaged me to double check that I meant to...which i obviously didn't! She cancelled the other two orders and advised me the money would be back in my account in a reasonable time! THANK YOU LILLIAN xxxx

No No NO! I soooo wish I had watched reviews before buying from them. I paid for the extension PLUS 2 day shipping. They said they would be to me by Wednesday 12/20. They are not. The number on the main screen doesnt' work but someone called me from another number to update my order and I believe it was a mistake. Call 587-880-4353 This is a Canadian number and when I tried to call them back, no answer. Track down this number and let them know that this place is a scam. $114 out and no way to get it back.

I placed my order 6 days ago with this so called hair extension buy now company...And Before I even paid for my order..they already sent me a confirmation and a transaction number..And I didnt think anything of it. Went and paid $73.89 for a Set of Ultra Light blonde Hair clip extensions...that included 2 days shipping....I printed a copy of my transaction number and checked my bank 5 minutes later and they took their money out. I went to log into their website..and It stated I never placed an order. I felt something was fishy......so My husband called them the following day and got an answering machine. So he left a message. 10 minutes later I got a reply by email stating that it takes 5 days to process then they will ship out. Well folks today is the 6th and I still can NOT log into my account on their website..and it still says I never placed an order..and still I have NO TRACKING. NOTHING. THESE CROOKS CAN'T EVEN PICK UP THEIR PHONE. I"M GONNA REPORT THEM TO MY BANK BECAUSE OF THEIR SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR. SOMEONE HAS TO STOP THESE CRIMINALS! KARMA IS A BIOTCH AND THIS WILL COME BACK TO BITE YOUR COMPANY IN THE BUTT. MARK MY WORDS. I WILL GET THE LAST LAUGH SO ENJOY MY $73.89. YOU'RE GONNA NEED IT. Money was taken out of my account but I didn't receive my order. I sent an email but no response. I called the off the website and it doesn't ring. Please don't buy from this site it's a scam!!!

I recently brought bought the wavy micro loop hair extensions in 22 inch and have been so disappointed.

The hair extensions barely made it to 22 inch - the majority of the hair isn’t that long but a few pieces just about made it to that length.

The quality is BAD. The hair is so thin that it does not blend into your own hair. Even with a full head you could clearly see the distinction between my hair and the very thin extensions.

I am so disappointed with the hair as hair extensions aren’t cheap. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought them.

I have complained to the company, but from the other reviews I have read I doubt anything can be resolved.

I haven't recieved a conformation email saying my order was placed.. I received an email saying that my payment wasn't successful after I paid for it and got an order number. The number they have on the website doesn't work, every time I call it doesn't even ring. I can't sign in to my account. They send you a password and when I put the password in they told me that it was wrong. I know money was taken out of my account and I want a full refund or the hair that I ordered. I ordered it Monday and asked for express shipping and still haven't heard anything about the package being shipped out or anything.

Hair quality and color is POOR! Looks like hair salvaged from corpses!! Do not use !!! Still waiting for customer service to respond to my requests for a refund. It's only been 3 weeks!!! This place is a hot mess! Stay clear of them!!

Had a terrible experience with this site. I paid 200 dollars for two packs a clip ins and I did not recieve clip ins. Instead I got regular weave and I had to make the clip-ins myself. I was e-mailing the staff for over 2 weeks about this issue and they responded untimely and I needed the clip ins right away. I ordered them a whole month before I needed them to be on the safe side and I still could not get my problem resolved in time so I was forced to make them. I asked them to just give me half my money back since the hair I received was not Brazilian and were not clip ins so the worth was about half of what I paid and either way it was a HUGE inconvenience on their part and they even ADMITTED they screwed up my order. They gave me only 45 dollars back... BUYERS BEWARE. YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE AND YOUR BUSINESS IS A JOKE TO THEM. They might delete this but it is going on any site that gives them a review either way.

I bought some curly hair extensions they turned up were too small so I sent them back to the return address, I then contacted them for a refund. I have not heard anything back from them since they said they would contact me 24 hours later it is now 6 days later and still nothing. This is a scam, they make their website look official but don't be drawn in!!!!

Do Not Buy from this company..........When I ordered the email I received said I would be sent an email confirming dispatch. I received nothing. It has taken over 3 weeks and when they packet arrived it was a small letter size envelope with chinese writing on stating Human hair. I opened it and I had ordered wavy hair and what arrived was straight very wispy hair. I have tried clipping it in and because it is so thin you can see the difference between my natural hair and the extensions. Such a waste of money. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered. After reading the reviews I know I will not get my money back. There is a negative review on Youtube as well. Going straight in the bin

I was terrified of what i would get after i read the reviews. However, the hair arrived in the exact color i picked and it was soft. When we counted the strands, the packages were short. the 100 strand pack only had 93. The 50 strand pack had 47. I still had them put in my hair. When i emailed them, i was told if i send a pic of them to show that it wasnt 100 strands, they would send me the missing strands. But since it was in my hair, they couldnt do anything. Which is dumb cuz i can always take a pic and REMOVE 7 strands from the pic. but i am not looking for a freebie. im looking to get what i paid for. So next time i will count them as soon as they arrive and send a pic of 93 strands. lol other than that, had them in for 2 weeks. feel great and soft and super thick. They DO thin out at the bottom so be sure to order longer ones that you normally get so they can be cut to blend better. I usually wear 18 and bought 20 and this was fine for me.

“ITS NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR” - I have colorful hair and needed to buy blonde extensions to dye it how I wanted it. Well I dyed the extensions and guess what! 50% of the hair broke off/ didn't dye because it was synthetic!They mixed real hair with synthetic hair! When I emailed them telling them the problem, they kept telling me it was 100% real human hair and refused to refund me. They just said if I ordered from there again they would give me a 10% discount. Give me a break. It's a scam. Never order from these people. Not to mention they lost my shipment for 15 days and couldn't tell me where it was.

I am giving 4 stars as a VERY GENEROUS review, because while I was overall happy with my purchase, this is definitely not a site I would recommend to others. At least not without heavily disclaimering myself first.

I ordered 4 units of remy wefted hair in 26", in the following colors: #4/medium brown, #4/27, #18/24, and #22/613.

The reason I'm ok with these extensions and not screaming mad and furious like most of the reviews on here (which by the way, I believe are 100% legitimate and I can absolutely see why/how/where those ladies are coming from) is mainly because I like my extensions REALLY LONG, and I've never purchased hair from this website before.

Just going on price alone, what I paid for the amount of 26" long wefted hair that I got from this website was EASILY $500 less than what I would've paid for top-of-the-line stuff.

THAT SAID, you get what you pay for. The medium brown was ok and the #4/27 was "meh", but the other two colors were NOTHING like what they looked like in the color description thumbnail. The #18/24 looked like a nice streaky dirty blonde...it arrived so dullish dark blonde it almost kind of looks weirdly grey, sort of. Not grey-grey, but just mousy and blah.
Same with the #22/613...no streaky highlights, you basically just get a hunk of bleached blonde hair.

That said, AGAIN, for me, regarding this purchase, personally...I'm not thrilled but I'm also not flying off the roof either because I bought enough colors that when I get them woven in, my stylist will be able to manipulate the different colors to ultimately achieve the look I'm going for.

Also, upon opening the package, I found the hair to be really soft and actually quite lovely. Smells kind of stanky of course, but no weirder than any other extensions I've ever smelled. Nature of the beast, I guess. Also, I'm not a curler. I wear my hair long and straight. I've read reviews and watched you tube reviews about these extensions not holding curl at all, but that would never be an issue for me.

So yeah, that's my rundown, and explanation of why I just gave 4 stars to this overwhelmingly negatively-reviewed website. For reasons perhaps specifically just to me, overall I liked what I received. I might not order a certain color again, but in terms of the product quality, I definitely got my money's worth and probably more.

There are definitely some discrepancies I noticed about the advertised "ship date" (2-4 days)??
I think that is completely misleading especially if someone is ordering these for an event and thinking they'll arrive within 2-4 days. Huge room for disaster.

I placed my order and I was kind of like, ho-hum whatever...they'll get here when they get here. But when i got a text notice from DHL I knew right away they were being shipped from China....and that's got potential problems written all over it. Especially considering their products deviate substantially from being true to advertised color/image, and hair extensions are generally a no-return product. I suspect that's the reason for the 30% re-stocking fee.

And I even have conflicting feelings over that, because I'm glad to know they dont send out "used" or returned products. But then again, if you dont advertise your product accurately, all you're doing is ripping people off who buy something in good faith thinking they're getting what they're seeing. Then when something completely different looking arrives, NOT in 2-4 days, it's not rocket science to figure out why everyone is livid about this website.

So....I dont know. I'd definitely order again for myself from hairextensionbuy, but there are way too many variables and discrepancies for me to say i'd recommend it.

I purchased flip in hair extension - it has arrived with very poor quality of hair and product. I want to return it for a refund which is simple ? No - I keep getting chased with emails about Exchange, what is wrong with the product, why don't you like the product which is delaying my refund. After a week of trying I have not been provide with any return address and want to charge 30% restock fee. China based company. Avoid.

I sent a photo of my hair colour so that they could match the hair extension they recommend a colour & I purchased that colour. When I received the hair extension the colour did not match. I returned the item & asked for an exchange as I didn't want to pathetic 30% restock fee. I posted the item & had a return to sender if undelivered. I have not received an exchange or a refund nor has my return been sent back to me. They now have my money & original hair extension that was never used & I have nothing. They refuse to send me an exchange.

I have extension since many years and this hair is definitely not human hair. If there is human hair in the bundle it is max. 20%, so this would be a grade 3 hair (highest being 8) or in other measuring scales a Type D hair (A being the best). The measurement are based on how much % of synthetic hair is mixed in.
I talked to the seller, they insisted it is human hair. Communication was reliable and fast. Color is nice, shipping was very slow, took for ever.
I could have returned them but there is handling fee of 30% (!), and the shipment cost (to China!) is on me!
Decided not to ship back but to never by again form this seller. First and last time.
What I also noted was, that I wanted to leave a review but there is no possibility to chose less than the five stars! Total fraud and scam!
Try out Aliexpress.com and look for Luvme hair. Extraordinary!

I ordered from this company, they took my money and no product delivered,!!!! The page bounced from my details back to their home giving me no process/ tracking order as of the order didn't exist, but they took the money out of my account!!! Can't even prove I put the order in!!!

in case the poor grammar and spelling werent indication enough. I got duped thinking i was talking to a US company, as everything indicates Pacific time zone.

whole experience was crap, start to finish. unable to find a trackable method to return the hair, and ya know they cant be trusted to receive it, so, eating $200.00 on the deal unless i manage to sell it locally.
