Kanby was very helpful with refunding…

Don’t deal with this company .. they steal your money .. can tell a whole story here but decided just to warn everyone not to engage with this company .. I am sure that the positive reviews are coerced by false promises about a refund of money that they took in an illegal way anyway .. unless you wanna lose money .. stay away from them ..

Prompt Action

The quick response and positive action taken in replying to my complaint are the main reasons for such evaluation.
In addition, the politeness of the responder (Ms. Elsa) is really admired and appreciated.
