After screening several clinics in person and onsite,
I decided to have my hair transplant done in Sep. 2021 with Hair Neva.

I went with Hair Neva because I preferred a small clinic and a more personal service.

The whole process was managed by Mr Ayoob. He was superhelpful, before, during and after the transplant as well.

After 1,5 years I can say it was the best decision to work with them ! My hair has grown full and there was no loss of roots I recognized.

Warmly recommend this clinic! It was like an all inclusive medical experience and a very competitive price. 4500 grafts with FUE method in around 7 hours. Everything was taken care of, from transfers airport- hotel- clinic to the professionals who take care of you and perform the surgery and treatment with smiles on their faces. The result, as it is most important, is already looking very promising after less than a week. Special thanks to Ayoob, who was available 24/7 for me and guided me along, with the most prompt replies and also the doctors and nurses who performed the treatment.

Hair Neva provided me with an unbelievable service from start to finish. Ayoob is a credit to the company he was amazing, he always answered any questions I had so quickly and once with him and seeing how busy his phone is it made me appreciate that even more. The whole experience ran smoothly, I had perfect instructions on where to be collected at the airport, the hotel I stayed in was really nice as was the breakfast it provided and next door was a restaurant, a kfc and a Pizza Hut so very easy to get an evening meal. Transport to the hospital and back were all good and the people performing the transplant were all friendly. I am writing this review a year after my transplant and the results have been excellent, I am so glad I got it done and would highly recommend to anyone else. Going with hair neva saved me £1500 from the original company I was looking at, no hidden costs or anything.

First, I would like to admire Ayoob, who helped me from the day one till the end. Very professional and gentlemen. He would answer very promptly for any questions that I had. He also took care of my transportation and accommodation very professionally . HairNeva had gain my trust and I chose them between 10 other clinics. I liked that they were honest, they have relatively great communication and they have competent staff. The aftermath of the operation is amazing. Their medical experts are highly skilled. They made me feel at ease at the operation room during the entire process. There is almost no pain involved except for injecting anesthesia but that only lasts a couple of minutes and then I fell asleep. I am extremely happy with my new hairline and can't wait to grow it long. Having this hair transplant with HairNeva I believe was the correct choice. The experience was great from start to finish. Before I even went there for the hair implant i had all the informations I needed on WhatsApp with the interpreter Ayub. Once I arrived there i had no bad surprise or hidden cost every thing went smooth. And Ayub was the best at answering all my question and giving me all the informations I needed post operation. It has been one month since my DHI transplant at HairNeva. I came all the way from Seattle, WA, USA. Overall I was impressed by the communication, detail and transparency. The clinic was very nice. I had my hair transplant done with Hair Neva on October 12th 2021.
Sevil has very good communication skills and walked me through the whole process, she answered all my questions.
They accommodated me with the hotel as well with all the transportation, from airport, to hotel, hospital and back to airport.
The staff was very friendly and took a good care of me. The doctor was very confident and did a great job.
Past forward, today January 2023,my hair looks great and the baldness feels like bad dream from the past.
