I chose HairNeva because of the results I’ve seen and after lots of research they were the ones I ended up deciding on. What an experience. Highs and lows but at the end of it, it was a home run. Hard to really prepare mentally so I would recommend booking and enjoying the journey. There main focus is to give you the best results. Comfort is secondary but learned many reasons for that. The staff were awesome and I highly recommend HairNeva!

The entire staff and team were very professional, courteous and thorough. I felt as though I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Ammar is very helpful and precise with his presentation of all information relating to the surgery, after the surgery and care. He takes his job seriously and does it very well.
The clinic is state of the art, clean, inviting and comfortable.
I would recommend Dr Go and his staff at HairNeva to anyone wanting this procedure.

I did my hair transplant here about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole procedure was explained perfectly with staff who were readily available and time of the day before, during and after the procedure via WhatsApp, the phone or at the clinic. I have now grown a man bun which I’ve always wanted to do. The staff were all very friendly. The procedure was on the whole painless though the anaesthetic was pretty bad though it only lasted about 5 mins max before the head was numb. I couldn’t be happier with the results now! The only improvement I’d make would be that the staff doing the transplant spoke better English. Thanks again HairNeva for my hair transformation. From initial contact, HairNeva was very responsive and informative. They gave great confidence in knowing that I would be traveling to a foreign country. It was a very easy process and the rate was all inclusive including hotel and airport transportation. At the facility, was greeted and treated well. Very professional and would recommend to anyone including family and friends back home.

I had my Hair transplant procedure done at Hair Neva. I was a bit skeptical initially whether to travel all from US , but after speaking to Mike and feedback from an acquaintance , I decided to go ahead. Everything is well taken care from transportation, accommodation at Marriott and an Excellent DRGO facility. Dr Go explained the treatment plan for my 2 sessions and the entire team at the clinic was very helpful and made me feel
Comfortable. Though the procedures were long , the staff and the doctors made sure I am not stressed and provided the best treatment . Thank you Mike for staying in Constant communication and coordinating everything . Iwill track my progress for the next few months.

Having been waiting some time and doing lots of research I eventually went with Hairneva, who appeared to have no negative reviews and upon contract was found to be honest and very caring. Others had offered me a lower price with limited grafts but I knew I would be needing more.
Hairneva gave me a good fixed price for 5000-6000 grafts and it looks like it paying off, now two weeks after the treatment. My research took me down the DHI treatment rather than FUE. Maybe a bit more cash, but recovery time (therefore less time of some discomfort) is much less.
If you don’t know the difference between the too, look it up or ask Hairneva.
Like Keith (previous reviewer), who I met whilst there (Hi Keith, glad you’re keeping well 😊) I opted for the stem cell injection (after Keith told me his research) that i paid extra for, but worth it as I’m 47 years old and hope it would help. Fair play to hairneva, who advise that i may not need it, so no hard sell.
Mike, the staff and everyone involved were great and very knowledgeable. The treatment I had lasted over 8 hours, but I was cared for.
The accommodation they included was top notch, a massive apartment with kitchen etc. I went alone but would have been plenty of room for my wife.
The after care (contact with Mike via what’s app) has been great. Sharing photos with him so he can check and advise of things like washing and drying, plus application of Serums that I purchase.
If you want your hair done, do it and def consider Hairneva.

Had my transplant done here on 07/11/24. Iv done my research on so many clinics I'm so happy I chose hairneva ,if anyone is hesitant or is always putting their decision to get a transplant on the back burner I promise you this clinic is one of the best .from the very first initial contact with Mike/hotel/staff the whole experience was one in a life time and I'm buzzing with the new hairline I'll defo update this in 6months with the results ..also if the doctor recommends the stemcell treatment don't make the same mistake I did inside no to this thinking it was just an added sales gig. I could have got it during my procedure but instead after I did my research on it I went back the following day still sore and swelling from the transplant and had to get more anesthetic needles to numb the pain while they did the stem cell . They are 100% honest and are genuine ,welcoming such lovely staff you you belong there. I wish whoever reads this all the best with their journey you won't go wrong with hairneva I know theres also many clinics to choose from and they all seem great .Just look at hairnevas reviews they speak for themselves .

I travelled from Newcastle uk after looking at various hair transplant clinics. Hair neva seemed to be the best one for me after looking into the method they use to preform the transplant. Everything went great and the nurses were amazing.

At first, I was bit worried about travelling all the way from UK to Istanbul thinking how the HairNeva clinic will be like. The clinic and hotel was amazing from start to finish. The procedure was very well explained. The communication was clear and informative. The team took really good care of me and was very helpful. Also, the clinic and the hotel is on the same building which made everything very easy. Overall, HairNeva clinic exceeded my expectations in every aspect and would highly recommend.

I researched hair transplants in Turkey for months, the different kinds and many different clinics. I called Hair Neva about two weeks ago and within 24 hours was scheduled for my procedure in less than two weeks. The staff is fantastic, most spoke very good English, and communication was great. The facilities are top notch and very clean, as is the hotel which is in the same building. I has two sessions in back to back days and only spent 3 nights in Istanbul. From being transported to and from the airport, to the apartment that was included and the staff at Hair Neva and Dr GO’s office, I am very thankful that I chose them and would do it again.

Couldn't have expected a better hair transplant experience, traveled from New York to turkey for the transplant I didn't know what to expect. Theoman was my point of contact and offered literally the best service I've ever had in my life. There was zero confusion on what to do or where to be at what time. All directions are given to you at the time you need them so you don't feel overwhelmed. The staff that operated on me was extremely efficient and polite even with the language barrier we were able to get some laughs in. For added convenice the hotel they put you in is in the same building as the clinic. If you're thinking of a hair transplant and are overwhelmed by all the options, stop looking and reach out to hairneva, it's a once in a lifetime experience.

Flying all the way from Los Angeles to unknown areas in Istanbul was quite nerve wrecking for me. I had more concerns and doubts than anything. I don’t trust easily. I don’t trust “trust pilot” reviews and instagram pics/videos can “hide” many details. I had already bought my plane ticket and STILL ALMOST back’d out all together. That all being said I’m glad I didn’t. I researched and received quotes from 8 different clinics before flying out. I then also visited a couple in person before I made my final decision. I listened to other Drs consultations, looked/spoke with their customers in waiting areas (some were even on a 2nd visit for them), and even looked at their hotels provided. Seemed to all fall short on expectations and some trying to push other methods with very low grafts implantation. Really felt almost like a bait and switch.

Choosing HairNeva:

I am very happy with my outcome 6 days post procedure. I wasn’t completely bald yet (mainly thinning), but I wanted density and I wanted someone who would listen and actually push the limits on what I wanted, but also not give me some hack job outcome. I am happy to say I received 5,300 grafts on a 1 day procedure. (I opted out of a 2 day for my own personal reasons). Mike, Dr. Go, and all staff were extremely pleasant/helpful and took extra care of me throughout the whole day. It didn’t feel rushed which I’m really thankful for. No surprises and they followed through on exactly what was promised. My scalp is full of grafts and my donor area looks ok as of now (still healing). I’m very excited to see my results moving forward in the coming months.

1 more thing I want to add that might help you make your decision:

The hotel provided (Marriott) is very nice and in a better area of Istanbul imo. Basically like an apartment. Same location as the clinic. The interior is modern and has a kitchen/washer + dryer. I’d definitely will stay there again on any future trips as grocery was also across the street.

Visited from Texas,USA for hair transplant. Very good experience overall- stay at the hotel, the 2 day procedure with the whole team, Mike helping with coordinating everything. Anaesthia is uncomfortable as was expected, but the process went smooth. Happy with the hairline. Hoping to see good results in the upcoming months.

Hello , I’m writing this review to let everyone know that my hair Transplant was successfully done in HairNeva (Istanbul ,fulya) . very happy with the hospitality provided by HairNeva. Mr.mike, the medical executive co-ordinated through out the process of my HT. However, the surgery was done by the medical assistants who are trained under Dr.GO . But I met dr.GO post surgery and he reviewed my hairline and the implanted areas and provided his advises on taking care of my hair, post surgery. Overall it was a good experience. Undoubtedly anyone who wish to transplant the hair can visit HairNeva.
