My experience was good at Hair neva for my 2nd operation.Mr Ayoob was friendly and good translator and staff was friendly. Results first time were 4/5 good so came back for fill in.

It has been 3 months since the day of my DHI surgery. I am still seeing the changes. It is starting to grow more and is starting to look r full already. I cannot wait to see the final results in a year.
From the beginning, the correspondence with Hair Neva , they were always prompt in answering my questions and concerns. They had transportation for me as promised. The apartment that they set me up in was very a relaxing and comfortable room that included breakfast daily.
The day of surgery Ayoob met me in the lobby to escort me to the clinic. After paperwork and payment made I was escorted throughout the process of bloodwork, photo session, head shave, Dr consultation, and then to the procedure room. I was given relaxation medication that made the process seamless and quick. The only painful part of the process was the numbing part in the beginning. Once the process was finished on day 1 I was provided a dinner and then I proceeded to my apartment to rest and came back for the day 2 procedure which began in the operating room promptly.
On day 3 I came in for a shampoo session and was sent on my way home with aftercare supplies.
The process was so smooth and efficient and all the staff very professional. I highly recommend Hair Neva to anyone considering a hair implant in Istanbul.

The Hair Neva booking was seamless as they took care of everything, including the hotel and airport transportation. FYI, having the clinic on the 2nd floor of the Marriott is brilliant.

My consultant, Ayoob, was good, attentive, and helpful. He walked me through the process and answered my questions. The Neva staff are also exceptional, welcoming, and professional, instilling confidence in their expertise. The clinic's environment, both sterile and friendly, emphasized the team's genuine commitment to client satisfaction.

Overall, I'm happy that I chose Hair Neva. That said, if I had a do-over or feedback, there are a few things I would address. I have friends from Canada planning transplants in the spring, and I have recommended Hair Neva and shared my experience.

Day 1: I felt the scheduling could have been better; I waited 30 hours between arriving and starting my treatment. I landed late, so I had to wait an entire day. In hindsight, this wasn’t necessary.

Day 2 (Surgery): Started the day with the doctor who designed and drew a future hairline on my head (Amazing job!). The room was full of people; I wish I spoke the language to understand what they were saying. I felt that there was care and attention to decisions being made, and I never felt concerned. From there they shaved all the hair off my head (I was always curious how I would look completely bald) followed by reference pictures and onward to the surgery room.

The surgery was +5 hours total, including a break for lunch. Most of the staff don't speak English, so I had a hard time understanding what was happening.

The freezing process is quite painful, as most recipients confirm. Hurts but fortunately only lasted about 5-min or so. However, in my case, the harvest area was frozen well, but the transplant area was NOT! During the transplant process after lunch, the pain and discomfort got to a point that we had to stop early, about 10% away from completion, resulting in the loss of some irreplaceable roots. Again, in hindsight, I wish someone was in the room to help with communication, we probably could have just paused and applied more anaesthesia.

Day 3 (Surgery): The surgery on the second day was +4 hours total. Today, I opted out of stopping for lunch; I was concerned the freezing might wear off. It was the same team the second day, and we seemed to be in sync after what happened the day before. Even with a communication barrier, we all knew that today there was going to be sufficient anaesthesia, and thankfully there was. I genuinely felt that the three transplant techs cared about my well-being during the entire process, and they took incredible pride in their work.

The harvest tech was less caring; I felt like he had a job to do within a time frame. My head felt like he was working a piece of meat on a bench. He’s literally the only person I encountered at Hair Neva that didn't seem to fit with the overall team.

Day 4 (Post-Op & Travel): Post-Op also went well. Not feeling fantastic and tired from sleeping in the sitting position, downstairs in the clinic to get the bandages removed and my head washed and was sent off with supplies. The process was quick and easy. Within the hour, I was on my way to begin a 19-hour journey back to my home in Vancouver.

Upon arriving home, I continued to communicate with Ayoob on WhatsApp with photos and questions for two weeks. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions.

Overall, the experience was professional, and even with the few challenges, I highly recommend Hair Neva if you’re considering a transplant. No matter where you're travelling from it's worth the effort. I researched several clinics and from my perspective nothing comes close to the overall package Neva offers their clients. I’m looking forward to the continued results in the coming months.

Good service. I would recommend . Just make sure transportation is arranged as I arrived at 1am and nobody had my name on the list. (They had it scheduled for the next day) I was calling the clinic multiple times nobody would pick up due to the time. It was a stressful time but I ended up getting a taxi which they reimbursed. The doctor will draw the lines but the actual procedure will be done by medical assistants. Most of them don't speak English so I had a hard time getting an understanding of what was happening in my head while I was in pain and discomfort I wish I just had someone to guide me through it step by step.

I booked my surgery and my flight ticket to Istanbul and off I went!

Amazing experience start to finish. Communication was great with Ayoob, always there to answer my questions any day before during and after.

Transportation was arranged at the airport back to the hotel with no issues. Clinic is inside the hotel second floor. Super convenient!

Surgery day:

Initially we planned on 3500 grafts, but they decided to do 4500 to maximize density.

8-9 hours total, 2 hours for harvesting of my hairs from the back of my head laying prone. And 6-7 for the recipient area supine.

Freezing at the beginning and very little pain. Nothing bad at all and only lasted 5 mins or so.

Staff were incredible, friendly, kind and professional.

I work in healthcare and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, high standards of care for privacy, and quality control and sanitation. Top notch service. Better than some places in Canada. My health was well being was always top priority or them, I saw this.

I felt like family and was very calm the entire time.

I have been in communication with Eyob (Ayoob) for 6 months leading up to the procedure. He was on his "A" game and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. His response time was less then 5 mins, in customer service TIP rating of 5 mins is 100% excellent customer satisfaction. To me it was like a 5 star all inclusive hair transplant experience. Everything was well planned and organized, from the hotel reservation, airport Shuttle in a Luxury Black Cab/ Van to the step by step no time waste process. I had a total of 6100 grafts and the price was the same as was originally quoted, no hidden surprises or fees. They do what it takes to do the the job right and give you a natural looking hair line. My procedure was over two days, and they made sure I was comfortable. It has been two weeks since the procedure and the worst part for me was the Anesthesia, it would be nice if they could numb the skin first like the dentist and the then inject the medicine. This was very short, if my wife could bare child birth, I wasn't going to let 2 mins of discomfort stop my hair transplant. The second discomfort was the itching after the procedure after day 3. It would be nice if I could apply an Aloe Vera or some other cooling spray to stop the itch.

My recommendation for the clinic would be:
1. Introduction to the team who would be doing the procedures from the hair cutting to Anesthesia, to he actual procedure and office staff. There was a lot of people in operating clothes and masks and I didn't know all their names and who to thank. One page with pictures, hobbies, experience and why they enjoy what they do would mean a lot to patients.
2. This was my first holiday in 25 years and my wife didn't know where to eat and what to see, we figured it out, but a travel guide of local hotspots and places to eat would be great. Luckily for me my wife was able to speak to the hotel staff and order dinner, I couldn't imagine doing that by myself after an 8 hr procedure and with drugs.
3. Everyone has different experiences and my consultant Eyub never hesitated to respond, but a F&Q frequently asked questions list would be nice to refer to at 2am for example.

Overall I would do this procedure again and highly recommend hair neva to all my friends and family. Now the hard part of waiting for my hair to grow and seeing the results after 1 year. Hopefully I don't have any Shock loss, that makes me nervous, but everyone reassures me that it may happen and if it does the hair does grow after 3-4 months.

I wish I had done this years earlier, my experience was great, I almost feel like America is a third world country in comparison to the hospitality of the Turkish people.

I went to this clinic after having medical mistake that caused head hair loss in my right front head, doctor and staffs gave me the excellent treatment. Doctor and staffs are very professional.

They have Mr. Ayub as translator, he is so helpful and keeps following up with me all the time even though I had to travel back home.

I will keep returning to this clinic to complete my medication and do other treatments.
