Lovely on arrival, not going the distance
Hair looks nice on arrival and packaging is nice.
No problems at all with delivery.
I have worn these Nanos for three months after trialling a weft.
I would say that they will not be long-lasting, as I have experienced shedding and extensions are now much shorter than others purchased before these, which have been in longer.
I have been wearing hair extensions for many years and am fully used to maintaining and wearing.

AMAZING
Purchased my hair last year in November .. it is now may 2025 and my hair is still beautiful and thick. I always opt for platinum blonde in nanos and in the past with other brands - the blonde tends to last 2-3 months but not hairNY !! 6/7 months going strong. Look after your hair and the hair will pay for itself ! Won’t be using any other brand.

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Hair come bright yellow wouldn’t even tone so not sure if this is human hair. Split ends all over the hair and very dry. Company tried to be rude and say I don’t know how to tone the hair when I am a professional and never had this problem in my whole career. Hair was very faulty but didn’t even get offerd a refund. Please do not waste your money

Many of our customers and professional stylists successfully tone this shade without any issues. As with all authentic human hair, split ends are natural, and this does not indicate poor quality.
At no point did we intend to insult you or question your expertise. Our policy is to assess any concerns first, which is why we requested the hair to be returned before offering a resolution. However, you chose not to send it back. While we strive to provide excellent customer service—something reflected in our high ratings—we regret that we couldn’t reach a resolution in this case.

I’ve had my 200g weft in since October and the quality of the hair is amazing the thickness is still there and for the price as well it’s amazing and affordable for such amazing quailty hair. The owner is so nice and understanding. I really recommend using this hair as you get amazing results and understanding behaviour. 10/10 xxxxx

Hair NY Extensions- the best in the business!
I had my set of extensions supplied and fitted by Norah and I am so over the moon. Norah is the kindest soul inside and out and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I had felt as if I’d known her my whole life! She talked me through the method in which she was fitting my hair as it was different from my previous weave. Before, my weave from another company and fitted by another stylist was making my head sore, itchy and inflamed. Norah explained the reason why I felt like this and once she fitted my weave, I felt the difference instantly. My head is now pain free! I also had purchased my hair from Hair NY which is amazing quality, the perfect blonde for me, the curls stay in and it is so soft. There is no shedding or breakage. I 1000% recommend buying and having your hair fitted by Norah. She is the best! And I can’t wait for a refit and catchup! Xx

Ordered my hair from the website and came very fast! The best quality hair extensions I’ve ever had! Perfect ammount of hair for the length 24” 200g and didn’t need to cut any off the sides … feels so thick and smooth and no shedding at all deffo recommend. Was recommend to Norah from a friend. I had bought extensions previously from a website by a very well known hair website and pricey! Won’t name the company hair that was meant to last at least 9 months ! Was awful ! Went to Norah and she fitted her own brande of hair for me and it’s the best hair iv had after paying over the odds for hair extensions in the past I will never go elsewhere again! I was introduced to Norah for my extension a few months ago . Norah had never met me before so was unaware of what I was looking for.
We had a very thorough consultation I lost my hair at the sides due to menopause I had tapes in already . The consultation was so thorough Norah talked me through the process of taking them out she has the most amazing adhesive remover I have ever seen my tapes glided out .
Norah then went on to colour my hair and add her tapes she did two tone tapes . The quality and thickness of the tapes are incredible they are extremely natural I’m a hairdresser extremely fussy and careful with what I get in my hair . These are the BEST QUALITY hair I have had in years
Easy to maintain they wash without tangling I blow dry my hair all the time no frizz which I normally get with other extensions. I’m so so impressed that I have decided to get Norah to train me for my salon . It’s so well done that people have no idea I have extensions in my hair

OUTSTANDING!!! I’ve had hair extensions 15 years and when they say double drawn they mean DOUBLE DRAWN!!! I had a wee error through tiktok and messaged on insta and was replied to within an hour and sent out my wee missing pack. I was just gona add some volume to my hair and decided to go ALL OUT and got a full head tapes! Honestly 20/10 hair and service! Colour match also spot on!
