Really enjoyed the valuable insights from Sarah

For the first time paid for something I was not sure it will help. I actually thought it is wasted money. But I was surprised a lot. As a curly girl that already know a lot about hair I thought I knew everything there is to know about hair but I was loosing myself in all those information. And there is a lot of hacks I knew already but surprisingly some things got more clear to me. I think this course can help you to understand how to grow and nourish your hair. Some people are disappointed but I think those are just people with deeper medical issues. This is for one that already is on a journey for healtier hair for some time and this is just a good kick forward. Sarah is nice and candid and it is pleasure to listen to her. I know there is a lot of marketing to buy more expensive courses but that is up to you. I think this first course is worth of money. You will learn some stuff that can save your hair and implement it in your routine if you are smart enough.

First all videos were on time as stated. What I learned from the course is that once you know, you do better.

I’ve been running a dog shelter for the past 10 years and retired first of January . So now I have some me time and decided to start with giving my hair some love.

The 14-day challenge very much exceeded my expectations. I have not only learned how to better care of my hair but also how to improve my overall health. Sarah presented a lot of complicated information in a very accessible way. The instructions were simple and only a few ingredients were hard to find. All in all a great process. She doesn't sell a magic solution, it's knowledge, hard work, compromise and persistence

Amazing experience. Have learnt a lot my hair feels like a soft cotton cloth, from going through commercial shampoo that feel heavy and clumpy after sometime to going all natural and suddenly your hair feels all frizzy and crazy to feeling like my hair is soft clean and bouncy like a fresh cotton cloth its heavenly and you have the control to make your own. I recommend anyone for this challenge.

It was worth all the money. A lot of very useful information!

I fully recommend this course. You really learn a lot about sulfates, silicones, bad ingredients. Despite the marketing, after this course you can distinguish the best and worst haircare products. The feedback from the staff and Sarah is very supportive. The material given is very well done and beautiful.

A lot of knowledge some you might know some definitely you won’t know. And the home made shampoo was really creative n good.
