I’m almost finish with my treatment and happy with the results. Monika has been very careful with the sensible areas so I haven’t had any skin issues which is a massive thing for me. I started my sessions at the beginning of the lockdown and they have been understanding during the entire year.

Excellent service from Monika. Unfortunately due to Covid I have had to stop/start treatments. Legs & underarms phenomenal other areas not quite so good.

Following up from my last review and a covid lockdown that paused my treatments I'm still loving the results I've had at Envie, I've been looked after by Monika who is always very helpful when making my booking to fit around my busy work schedule and the service is still great with appointments now available on a Sunday :)

I went for sessions of laser hair removal with adrianna and saima and they both were amazing! Great client experience and were always cautious of my needs. It was quick and practically painless and I have had great results already! Would recommend to anyone!

I really think Envie is great! It works really well, they’ve been great during COVID and have even added extra treatment to ensure that the results are good. Kasia in the Knightsbridge clinic is wonderful!! Overall a really good treatment and the results are exactly what I expected!

The technology they use does not work and is not FDA approved. The staff are lovely but the treatment just doesn’t work.

The machine they use relies on consistent contact with skin. This means places like the bikini area are impossible to do properly.

The edges of the handheld device always get hot (which they shouldn’t!) and can burn the skin. Superior lasers only target the hair follicle, there’s no reason your skin should get hot.

There are much better lasers out there like the Candela that don’t rely on this and have been proven over years to show good results and are safer, especially for darker skin tones! The treatment here is cheaper compared to other places but such low quality it’s not worth it at all.

Save your money and research other clinics with better laser technology.

So far have only had two treatments and all has been great.

Only concern is the pricing structure and when I wanted to add another area they wanted a lot more.

Should be more flexible as I was already there and the additional area was small.

It’s my first set of laser removal and she’s so clear and educative on the benefits of the procedure and also really easy to talk to. The hour and a half flew by as we got on so well.

Brilliant experience, was terrified to have laser around my bikini area as I have a low pain tolerance for waxing, but pleased to say the experience was pleasant, little to no pain. The therapist was amazing very impressed, she put me at ease straight away.

Exceptional. I’ve been a client at Envie for a year and a half. They take a fully personalized approach so you always feel safe in the knowledge that the treatment you’re receiving is tailored to your skin and hair type. They are also extremely professional. Every single one of my sessions has been great and I’ve always felt comfortable. The consultants are excellent at what they do and very friendly. The equipment is top of the line and everything is continuously sterilized so there’s zero risk of infections. I can’t recommend them enough!

Envie is an amazing laser hair removal clinic. The service is impeccable and the therapists are very professional. I was really anxious about starting the treatment as I've tried it in other places and got a burn, but here the treatment is completely painless and I've had absolutely no side effects. I would definitely recommend Envie to anyone looking laser hair removal.

I had been getting laser hair removal treatment prior to envie using soprano ice laser and had almost given up on laser treatment thinking it didn’t work in my hair type as a woman with Afro hair. After 3 treatments at envie I have had over 50% reduction in hair growth. Far more hair loss than the countless treatments I had of other laser types. Anna and the rest of the staff are always friendly and very attentive and talk me through the treatment process every time. They make me feel completely comfortable and are always able to answer any questions I have. Honestly, I could not recommend this place more! I would give 10 stars if there was the option. One bit of advice is that the staff come and get you from the door, so don’t worry if you feel like you can’t get into the building. :)
