I placed an order just before the year ended and when it arrived one of the products was the wrong size (I had ordered a 1 liter shampoo and got the 300 mL). I rang them and they not only sent me the correct one but also some additional products. Their fast action and thoughtful approach is something you don’t usually find. Thanks!
