I rate this company 5 stars because the communication with Ahsan was simple and straight forward, he explained everything to me as I had 0 knowledge regarding hair transplants, he answered all my questions and then I confirmed my booking, they arrange airport pick up and drop off, ahsan was lovely his hospitality was 10 out of 10, you will not regret using this compnay

I came in to contact with this company through a friend who had hair transplant done. And have to say I have no regrets. From start to finish they have been on point with step by step guide and information on the whole process. Not only that they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Staff where Polite & professional throughout my procedure and explained the nooks and crannys. They didn’t miss out one bit of information that I needed. I can not fault them one bit.

We did a lot of research on different hair transplant clinics and Clinicx really stood among the choices. Upon contacting the clinic, this was confirmed. Our point of contact was Ahsan Khan. Ahsan was unbelievably helpful, professional, and friendly. He has a wonderful way of dealing with clients and really goes out of his way to help. He answered all our questions and concerns and put our worries at rest. The first class support we received from Ahsan made the decision to proceed very easy.

We purchased the full package of hotel, taxi shuttles, and procedure, which is extremely reasonable. Clinicx made sure everything was smooth and efficient. No complaints at all. At the clinic, the whole team were very friendly. The procedure is naturally going to be a long day, but everyone at the clinic go out of their way to make each client feel cared for and supported. Again, Ahsan was outstanding, looking after everyone, and making sure for English speakers like me, everything was explained clearly. He was very attentive and caring. Other staff were also at hand for support, such as Fadi, who was also very kind and helpful.

I had Dr. Gizem and Dr. Bilgi carrying out my procedure. They were absolute professionals and very comforting throughout the procedure. I felt very looked after, and they worked really hard and thoroughly.

The after care and support from Ahsan was just as excellent and helpful as the start. He went beyond the normal help expected, giving us info on the best way to make use of our time in Istanbul. His suggestions worked out great for us. The clinic offers one year support after the procedure, and since returning home, Ahsan continues to provide on-call help and answers all my questions. I really couldn’t have asked for more.

If you are thinking of getting a procedure done and have full support and more, this is the place. There is nothing I can complain about, it is just a wonderful and professional clinic with wonderful people. Ahsan is such as delightful, caring, and super-professional individual, which, is rare in most clinics, and I hope Clinicx really cherishes him as a special and valuable asset, as I cannot imagine it being such a good experience without him. However, of course, everyone else in the clinic were extremely helpful and friendly as well, the staff and doctors.

You’re in good hands at Clinicx, and I recommended it without hesitation.

Clinicx hair is the best going for hair treatment, the vibe and atmosphere the guys in clinicx brings is amazing.
It’s full vibe here the brother ahsan is a very kind and caring gentlemen throughout the treatment and after he made me stay calm and relaxed during treatment as I was getting very nervous but it was pain free and amazing. The hotel and transport they provided was the best full 5* hotel with luxury transport vehicles.

Exceptionally professional team. No rush Q&A session with Doctor. No pressure at all. Ahsan Mir is the best coordinator I have ever met in my life. Honestly, I was nervous about this procedure but Ahsan Mir explained the whole process clearly and made it easy for me to understand. Ahsan Mir was always there whenever I needed him from pre-procedure discussion to during procedure to post procedure handling. He never left me alone during the whole procedure by coming back and forth in the room during the procedure. He has passion to help his clients. Honestly, the whole team was extremely friendly and professional, doctor Uzman guided me step by step about the procedure. After the procedure Ahsan Mir has been in full contact with me and answering all of my questions and he has been giving me appropriate advice.
Luxury transportation & top class Hotel accommodation was provided. No complaints at all!

First and foremost i would like to say a BIG thank you to all members of staff at clinicx and especially MR AHSAN. Out of 5 of my friends who were getting hair transplant done at the same clinic i was nervous before the procedure about what was going to happen on the day but the team made me very comfortable straight away. During procedure staff was always asking me how i feel and if i wanted something even if it was a little break, MR AHSAN coming into the room to check how i was doing and how the procedure is going. Absolute gems working here at this clinic, all the staff go above and beyond to provide that hospitality and customer service we all want.
MR AHSAN wow what a guy!!! Always there when me and the lads needed something. I got 5 star service from pickup at airport throughout my stay at lovely clean friendly hotel. I would highly recommend clinicx highly as you would not be disappointed.

Best clink in Istanbul, service is great,communication is very easy and simple as they speak English perfectly, i came from Paris and the service was super and comparing to the prices it was muuuch cheaper than Paris and Europ.
