November 2023, My experience up to now with Tony has been excellent always at the other end of a call or a quick text! His chaperone service was excellent and when in the hospital he was very knowledgeable in explaining things and reassuring me on any questions needing answers!

A couple of days back from having my hair transplant completed by Hairtransplantsolution’s and I’ve got to admit it was a pleasure and even forgot that I went over to have surgery that’s how at ease I felt - Everything was meticulously planned out by Tony in advance before my trip to Turkey for the procedure, Tony was always informative, knowledgeable, and no question was too big or small he was always happy to advise me on anything. I flew out from Manchester and opted for the chaperone service which myself and a few other phonically challenged lads were personally taken to turkey by Tony for our operations - from meeting up at the airport, to landing, to the hotel transfers and to the clinic Tony was with us every step of the way - I cannot put into words how at ease this made me feel and was such a pleasure to get my transplant done with Tony - The hotel staff were great, the staff at the clinic were great and I didn’t feel like I had a language barrier at all whilst I was away - I am very happy with the results of my hair transplant so far and I can’t wait to see the results in the future as my hair grows back - Thanks again to Tony and his team you’re doing a fantastic job and your reviews are a testament to the hard work and dedication to your craft 😊

As a woman I never thought a hair transplant was for me so i just put up with my bald patch. How wrong was I! After sending an enquiry WhatsApp, having a chat with Tony together with the dreaded photos. I was convinced and felt comfortable that this was the company for me. The chaperone experience from Tony was excellent, no question too silly and he had a wealth of experience and understanding of hair. He discussed with the team as to the best way to proceed and that was that! I wanted to preserve my 'comb over' for modesty and have a bit of cover over my donor area, although I was also prepared for the whole lot to be shaved off as most of the men.
After a valium tablet to take the edge off the nerves, I felt that I slept through most of the operation. I felt no pain, just a bit sore afterwards.
Now, I am following instructions as to the washing process and after care. Then in 12 months time not only will I be able to change hair styles, but regain my 'sparkle' that has been disappearing with my hair.

I arrived back to the UK yesterday after being on the November chaperone trip with Tony and the group. From the first meet up in the airport Tony reassured me and answered any questions we had. Once we were off the plane we was taken to the clinic to get our blood tests done, the clinic was really modern, clean and the staff were all professional. The hotel was amazing, rooms were massive and staff all friendly. Any time we needed to be anywhere there was a shuttle service to take us straight there. It’s an absolute no brainer going for the chaperone service, having Tony during the consultation is worth the money alone with all his knowledge it really enables the both of them to come up with the right plan for you. Having a group of you there that are all going through the same experience puts your mind at ease I couldn’t have imagined doing it on my own. After 10 years of my original hair transplant, I decided to finally look at completing the process. After extensive research I decided to go with hair transplant solutions after the initial consultation with MD Tony Owen.
From the first correspondence right through the process I found it faultless, and over and above my expectations. I found having him chaperoning on the trip was crucial to alleviate my concerns.
Due to him being in the hair industry for over 50 years, his experience is second to none. From the start of the process, I felt reassured with his presents and also the correspondence after invaluable.

I returned from the chaperone service with Tony earlier this week. I couldn’t fault the service he has provided, he has been on hand before and after the operation to provide advice, answer any questions and to ensure the process ran as smooth as possible. Being in Istanbul with Tony and the other 6 lads who were getting the operation definitely put my mind at ease. Everything was well organised including transport to and from the airport/hotel/clinic. I travelled out on Sunday the 8th with Tony on the chaperone service, going out with others and having Tony there to take us through the process made it stress free. I couldn’t give more praise to Clinicana, from start to finish it was nothing other than professional.

I went for the chaperone service, flying out 10th Oct, returning on the 12th. From landing in Istanbul to flying home again everything was so organised and efficient. Tony was brilliant - helpful, reassuring and provided professional support throughout. The staff at Clinicana were great - very skilled at what they do and made sure you were as comfortable and as cared for as possible. Would highly recommend going for the Chaperone service as I believe having Tony there for extra guidance and support was invaluable!

Back 2 days from being with Hairtransplantsolutions and my chaperone Tony. From initial enquiry to before the trip, during trip and after care, i can not fault the service. Everything is explained in as much detail as you want (don't be afraid to ask questions) and having that reassurance of Tony there just made the whole experience more relaxing. The Clinic was spotless and the staff were great, they explained everything in good detail about post procedure routine. The hotel was also great to rest up in. All in all a faultless service. Professional, efficient and reassured service from the moment I spoke to Tony. I was apprehensive about the traveling and the procedure at first. Tony's advice and constant communication helped make the decision to go, and the entire process effortless. I travelled alone, without the chaperone service and found it very straightforward. Hotel is clean and fine. Clinicana is spotless and the procedure was efficient and staff all friendly. Drs listened to my preferences and worked with Tony, again this made things so much easier. 10 days post procedure and things going really well with clear instructions to follow. Thanks Tony!

What made this experience great is that Tony is and has been with you every step of the way. First class service from day one to present. I was nervous and 100s of questions and Tony made the time and effort to settle the nerves. The clinic was amazing and the people were so kind and helpful. Checking on you as the day progressed.
