Tony from the first call, he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every single question throughout the journey I had and explained the whole process clearly, helped me understand what to expect, and made me feel completely at ease about the decision. Even down to when the hairline is being drawn he is involved in every aspect with the surgery to make sure you get the best experience/treatment possible. His dedication and knowledge really stood above anyone else I had spoken to before about the procedure. Highly recommend anyone considering a transplant to reach out to him, you will not be disappointed, he is absolutely exceptional. Would also recommend the chaperone service as this is what I went with.

I decided on these guys after an initial telephone chat with Tony. The price was extremely competitive and Tony was on hand every step of the way.

I travelled out in Jan ‘26 for a 2 night stay. Both the hotel and hospital were modern and clean.

Hair transplant a resounding success. I’m doing all the post transfusion stuff as advised…. and so far so good.

I've just used Tony Owen's chaperone service for a trip to Istanbul for a hair transplant procedure.

When looking into having it done there was a whole swamp of information and mis-information online. It is very hard to know what and who to trust.

Tony came on recommendation from a friend of a friend and had great reviews online. He took all of the paranoia and doubt out of the process. Which is very important in what would otherwise be quite a daunting process. It still is daunting, having lots of holes put in your head! but it's great that there's nothing further to worry about.

Everything is taken care of, accommodation, transport etc. and Tony is always available on the phone and messages.

This really smoothed out the process for me, and his fee is less than 5% of the overall cost, so very reasonable.

When it came to the consultation and deciding upon the design of the new hairline it was great to have Tony in the room. We had already discussed what I wanted before hand. He knows the surgeon and he knows his stuff, so its a nice little forum to get the right decision, there was no rush and we went through a few alternatives.

Before, during and after the procedure Tony has been available for any questions or concerns and is clearly very experienced in this industry.

I would strongly recommend the chaperone service and I can't wait to enjoy the results of the procedure.

From the first contact with Tony he put my mind at ease with any questions I had. With that in mind I booked on to the chaperone trip with him and the whole process was great and easy with Tony being around while being there.
The procedure was seamless and was happy how it went I had Tony in the consultation before my procedure to look over my hair line which was great. The aftercare I have received from Tony has been brilliant if I have any questions they get answered within minutes.

Recently on the chaperone service with Tony. Made the whole experience very relaxed and not nervous about the whole procedure. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Brilliant aftercare advice, on where the hairline should be to the doctors etc and the and continued service after procedure. Would highly recommend the chaperone service it is worth every penny

I’m 1 year one from my transplant and I’ve had fantastic results, would definitely recommend. Staff in clinicana are great and take great care of you when in there. I would highly recommend the chaperone service with Tony as he was so much help before during and after the trip to Turkey, always responded very quickly if I had any questions and knows what he is talking about.

I’ve recently had my hair transplant. And I’ve felt comfortable from the word go. I couldn’t make a chaperone trip so I went on my own. But I didn’t feel alone. Tony was there all the way. And was such an easy journey from airport to hospital to the hotel.
As for my operation. I feel comfortable throughout the procedure it is a long day. But I was well looked after but the team. And I cannot wait for the coming months to see how it’s all gone.

I’m a week post op and I’d like to leave a few words here to describe my experience with Tony and hair transplant solutions. So after having a few consultations with companies and some not even offering them I was put in touch with Tony by word of mouth. I couldn’t not recommend them more, from the first chat we had I knew this is the company I would use. Firstly is experience in the hair game showed with his vast knowledge of the game, everything was explained to me exactly how someone going in to this blind needed. Every step he was bang on the money from explaining the procedure to advice and finally when I booked all the things I needed to know and do leading up to op. Any questions or worries I had he would get back to me straight away away and I know that is this same now as I’m in the recovery process now! Everything was planned to the tee pick ups from airports hotels and drops offs all done for you! I’m over the moon with the experience and glad I chose a company that actually cares for your results and don’t just see you as £££. Top work from Tony and the team! Would highly recommend

I first chatted to Tony about 8 months ago when I was trying to decide where to get a hair transplant, and right away Tony went through everything with me and any queries or questions I had he was able to answer and made me feel more confident about getting my procedure, I felt that relaxed I didnt even think about the procedure until I was going to the airport a couple of weeks ago, Tony had everything set up from pick ups at the airport to getting blood work done, drops to and from the hotel and back to the airport to fly home.

He made the whole procedure effortless and all I had to do was turn up, even after getting home he continued to check in and still does, I couldn't have asked for better

Going to a foreign country for a procedure like this is a really big deal, so when I found Tony’s chaperone company and service, I read all the reviews and decided that I was going. Tony provided video call guidance in the months leading up to the trip, and was there every step of the way, calming my nerves the night before, providing emotional support on the day of the procedure; before and after, giving his expert guidance to the designing doctor about my specific needs and desires, being realistic about what can be achieved, and offering immediate support as soon as the procedure was completed, right through to the first visit back to the clinic for the initial check up and saw me off in the pre-arranged transfer to the airport. My advice post-procedure is to have a nap, eat well and drink plenty of water, and listen to Tony’s significant experience and guidance. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone who is thinking about having a hair transplant. It really made a difference having an experienced Brit there with us all, and I can see the other lads in our group have also left 5* reviews, which I feel is completely warranted.

I’ve recently come back from Tony’s December chaperone trip. Before, during and so far the level of care Tony has given has been second to none. Any questions I’ve had, doubts in my mind or concerns he’s been there every step of the way. His intervention when designing my new hairline was something I was impressed with. Even when I was happy when the clinic designed it, he tweaked what could improve from his experience and we did that.

3 weeks back from the trip to Turkey. A good experience. Driver collected me from airport early in the morning and I had a pleasant journey through Istanbul. Hotel was amazing. Very quick and efficient in and out procedure.

Hair still in early stages of development. But new visible hairline can be seen. Very happy with the whole thing!
