I did not receive any confirmation email after ordering. After not receiving any information for two days, I wrote an email, I received a response that I did not buy anything from them.. after providing the order number and order number. I never received a response. Neither the goods, nor the money, nor the answer…. I do not recommend these scammers!
On 04/08/25 I bought 2 products and paid €25.95. Delivery should be within a maximum of 2 days. I emailed them asking about my order and they replied that they were out of stock and that I would receive a response in SEVEN DAYS! What an irresponsible company, selling something that is not available for delivery. I demand my money back and will never buy from this site again! Just cancel this purchase and GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
My order has not been delivered and no response is given. The next day delivery is not true. No one is sensitive enough to even manage the customers expectations.
My order was urgent and no tracking code provided yet. No email and no apologies. In short no communication whatsoever.
Please work out my refund. I need to buy somewhere else from a company that respects its customers needs

I have ordered three items, however the most expensive one is missed. I sent an email, and yes to the right email (so please do not copy it in reply) and I also sent a ticket. I tried to call, but no one answered. I think k the phone number is wrong.
Update: Thanks for your kind reply; however, I haven't received any email from you yet. I have checked spam as well.

I ordered a shampoo, received the shipment tracking notification, the product never arrived and 8 days later I received an email that my order was cancelled due to issues with my payment. After emailing with the customer service they clarified that there was a misunderstanding and DHL - that never came to my house - made a return and they initiated my payback. However my product never came, they offered me a discount of my next order.
