I travelled to Haista clinic to get Emax veneers and crowns and I’m extremely happy with the results. The whole experience was very professional and the clinic was clean and welcoming. The dentists took great care to make sure my teeth looked natural and suited my smile. The quality of the work is amazing and I feel so much more confident now. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about getting their teeth done.

I had my hair transplant done at Haista Clinic and honestly, everything has been smooth so far. They booked a nice 4-star hotel for me, and the airport pickup and drop-off were right on time, no stress at all.

The translator was super helpful and easy to talk to, always making sure I understood everything. That really made the whole experience more comfortable.

Their aftercare support is also great. They’re available on WhatsApp anytime, and they always reply when I have a question. It’s been 25 days since my transplant and everything seems to be going well so far.

I’m giving 4 stars for now because I’m still waiting to see the final results 😉 but overall, I’m happy with the service and experience.

Travelled from Ireland for a hair transplant in Istanbul, everything from start to finish was very well organised, We had an English commentator he was absolutely brilliant for checking in and been so helpful. the Haista Clinic were amazing extremely helpfully and very responsive before and after the procedure.

for my hair transplant, front line was okay but the middle and crown area very poor job done.. would not recommend this clinic.. bunch of amaters…

Haista Clinic changed my life!! I got root canals, fillings, extractions & not forgetting my new 25 zirconium crowns .. they are 1000% amazing! 4 weeks completed now and no problems at all. My experience has been out of this world.
The clinic is so clean & professional, no matter what you want or need it will be done for you to the best of there ability. TAIM - a man that went above and beyond for me from the moment my appointment was booked. He was always there for me around the clock 24/7. No question or query left unanswered!! HALA- organised my transfers very nice lady. They both kept in contact with me through out my journey from start to finish. I was recommend HAISTA clinic & now I am recommending it to you. Getting my new smile is the best thing I have ever done & I am forever grateful.

I feel deeply disappointed and misled by this clinic. A few months ago, they acknowledged charging me for services I never received and promised a refund. At first, they communicated politely and even offered options for how to return my money. However, once I confirmed that I would travel to Turkey to collect the refund in person, they completely stopped responding to my messages.

It has now been weeks of silence. I have all the written communication proving their commitment to issue the refund, yet they are ignoring every attempt to contact them. This behaviour feels dishonest and unprofessional, especially for a business that deals with international patients who trust them with both their health and their money.

I’m sharing this so others are aware before making any payments — in my experience, once they had the money, their sense of responsibility disappeared.

Great experience from start to finish- everything organised in advance by Haista from airport pick up and hotel. Including transfer from hotel to the clonic and back to airport . The after service is brilliant also as they do keep in contact to see how your hair is progressing 😁. Since my visit I have recommended friends to attend and get there hair transplant completed who also was over the moon with there results.

I would highly recommend this clinic as it is a professional clinic, I wasn’t sure what I was in for when I originally booked but luck would have it- it was a pleasure

Very bad ... dont think they have a clue of what they are doing, very unprofesional, and the result is some of the worst i have seen.

I came from London for my treatment and everything was very well organized. The staff were professional and caring, and the aftercare has been excellent. Very happy with the service and now waiting for the final results.

I recently had my hair transplant at Haista Clinic, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish.

Communication was exceptional right from my initial inquiry. The team was quick to respond, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were incredibly transparent about the process, pricing, and expected results.

The transfers were smooth and well-organized. I was picked up at the airport on time and and to the clinc. Every detail was taken care of — from hotel accommodations to clinic appointments — which made the whole trip completely stress-free.

As for the operation itself, the medical staff were highly professional and clearly experienced. The clinic was spotless and well-equipped. I was walked through every step of the procedure, and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout. The procedure went smoothly, and I was impressed by how attentive and caring everyone was, even post-op.

I’m now a few weeks into recovery, and everything is healing nicely. I can already see early signs of growth, and I'm feeling really positive about the results.

I highly recommend Haista Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant — they combine medical expertise with outstanding service and make you feel supported every step of the way

A big thank to Haista Clinic and team who are highly professional and well organised from start to end. Special thanks to Taim. Very well communicated the pricing, the procedure, before and after care. Taim was the single point of contact for booking, paying and for any questions about hair transplant, hotel, sightseeing etc.

The transfers team contacted well in advance and gave sufficient info about airport transfers, times, pick up, drop, clinic visits etc & stayed connected.
Clinic visit, consultation with doctor, translation service all went well.

The transplant procedure was carried out by professional team who were very friendly and carried out the procedure for 7 hours with lot of patience. 
After procedure the after care team have been in constant touch giving guidance, instructions, support & care and answer all questions with lot of patience.
Overall highly professional team who coordinate very well and work as a team for greater results.

Finally awaiting for results positively with after care.

Unfair and unprofessional. They don't respect a deal we made before. When I came they ask for more money,and their staff was not polite and treat me bad. I show them screen shot of our messages and deal about price and agreement,they don't care about lot. The agent with whom I made a deal didn't respond all day. Finally answer afternoon with new offer,ask 500 eur more than we previously made a deal. I deside to not accept and must pay 350 eur for hotel 2 nighs and transfer from airport to hotel,clinic and back. This price is also unfair, I ask for price in hotel stay and taxi, especially because it's not my guilty. AVOID
