The service appears a convenient 'short cut' way to obtain multiple quotes for manufacturing and may suit other businesses more than mine. There is very little to distinguish between suppliers in order to allow a clear choice or to give confidence. The main criterion is to find one supplier who can deliver to the required quality and on time. Mission-critical projects require a trusted relationship between client and supplier and this takes time and effort to build.

It’s a great platform, I found 4 reliable suppliers from Haizol, & the price was lower than what I’ve had before. When I upload my drawings I get a price fast, very convenient!

Until now i have been use a Haizol platform twice.
It was a plezent expirience.

The Haizol quotes are typically cheaper in my local manufacturer's quotes.
I love my account manager, I belive that he want the best for me and protect me from being scamed.
The bad side, is that I have to wait long for the orders, most of the suppliers are from china, but its okay.

Haizol is not to be trusted.

On June 12 2020 we signed a contract with a supplier through Haizol for 300 units due to arrive in Nov 2020. We sent them an $8729 deposit. They never did the job. Only after hiring a lawyer did we get back $7976.26 two hundred days after the project was due. Haizol was no help. We lost months of time. We lost the project. We did not get a full return.

I will never do business with Haizol again.

Still being harrassed by this company after telling them several times, That I am no interested in the services they offer.
They have been harrassing me through email, phone calls, whatsapp, etc, for the last 4-5 months!!!! Almost unbeliveable behaviour!

I got constantly harassed (phone calls) by the company for submitting parts. I guess this is their strategy to give a false impression to their suppliers that their platform is popular.

They kept calling me even though I told them to stop calling me. Please avoid this company.

I received incorrect parts from the Chinese supplier. And now I'm not getting any reply from them. The parts were actually very simple and somehow they were made wrong.
I got charged extra for "handling" by the shipping firm which sounds like a scam.

The Haizol account manager has been totally useless in assisting all the way throughout the process.

I wouldn't recommended this platform at all.
Don't waste your money here.

I have used several suppliers for sheet metal and CNC machined parts. Haizol suppliers have provided quality products at reasonable prices with timely delivery. Customer service was friendly. I will use them again in the future.

Haziol has been a great resource for our company, bringing many new suppliers from overseas to help us in machining parts.

Having never used anything like Haizol before, I was a bit skeptical about how it might work. I'm used to personally going out, finding shops that meet my needs and doing all the legwork myself--I'm mainly used to local, personal relationships. So when I uploaded a drawing for quote, I didnt expect much. But I was pleasantly surprised. Rather than having to wait a week to get pricing, I had it in my inbox the next day! The prices were great and if anything, I had too many quotes to choose from, if that is such a criticism. The vendors communicated surprisingly well. Throughout it all, the Haizol rep who has helped me has been extremely kind and a valuable asset. That, coupled with the ease of use and great prices, I will continue to use Haizol. Thank you.

Easy to subscribe, quick to pulish, lots of possibilities to find a provider.

I have selected some, tested products and I am happy with this.
