Zero stars. Ordered an item
Through Amazon which showed delivered although nothing was at my door, so I initiated a complaint through Amazon where they refunded me as I did. It get the item, Hajex then decided to disregard Amazon’s terms of service and message me directly making legal threats, after a menacing phone call was made to us from them, THEN they sent out another threatening legal text (which was false and has no enforceability to try to scare us into sending them an e-transfer. Terrible people, terrible company. I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I never actually received it however they keep making legal threats and harassing us

It is the first time I write a review on Trustpilot but it is also the first time I had such a bad experience with a merchant. I bought the 6ft barbell and it was extremely lose. The bar is not usable, there is a 1cm gap between the sleeves and the bar so the weights basically move around when you use it.

I tried to get a refund but not only was I denied that but I got told I was just unaware of how a bar works and all bars are built like this. Guess you know not to buy here since they are all this bad.

The cherry on top is the owner telling me he would sue me if I went to shopify to complain. I don't have this much time to lose over a cheap bar so I ended up adding cardboard in the bar to fix it. If only the merchant was honest and could help right ? Avoid at all cost, BAD PRODUCT and more importantly BAD PERSON.

Terrible customer service, no appreciation for the customer and completely unprofessional in communication and organization. Junaid (owner of Hajex) had the nerve to review his own company here! Come on, Junain't fooling me.

Bought dumbbells - the neoprene coating on 8 of 10 of them was ripping off. They wouldn't take their product back without charging me $120.00 for shipping (cost of the product was $210)

Was a great experience ordered from them before got 55lb dumbbells made an order today October 10th for a pair of 60 lbers they got them shipped out fast got tracking number the quality of the 55lb dumbells are great very solid and has a good handle to grip glad a made purchase wish i would of made alot earlier

I placed an order on November 24, 2023 for four weights to give my 14 year-old grandson for Christmas with an estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days. I received it on December 28, 2023 after more than a dozen e-mails and several telephone calls. The young lady I spoke with was very polite but unable to help me. Finally she gave me the phone number of the owner (Mehwish Iqbal). When I finally reached him, he was the most arrogant business person I have ever dealt with. He said 5 to 7 days was just an "estimate". I replied that his estimate was a little off. He then asked how much I had paid for my order, and when I said $77.00, he said I had two minutes as he was with other clients! Do not shop online with this company as the service is terrible!
