The birds are smelling..

The birds are smelling... I am not sure in your supply chain process if they are rotten as it's difficult to tender taking hours and smelling

That Delivery man, took away 2* from your Ratings, alas.

The Delivery man made me carry the 8-10kgs box to my apartment, 300 yards + one floor up away. I have a frail back… The box, unlike a toddler, cannot snuggle up to one’s body… Bad. Really cheeky, poor Service.

The insulated packaging , containing Frozen Ice-bags, and the quality of every item in my order : Excellent. 6*s.

Customer Service, as there were issues fulfilling one crucial item in the order: Impeccable. Very pleased.

But have a word with Delivery Company, lest they will ruin your flawless provision. Thank you.
