REVIEW UPDATE - Still no payments, 2 years overdue on final payment and yearly rentals overdue as per everyone else.

Please let your local MP know as I am coordinating this locally so it's brought up at Gov't level and onto the relevant criminal/civil authorities.

Please also ensure you register your complaint with the City of London police (fraud unit, see earlier post)

Please register with the French authorities as per Karen's post.
They will be held ACCOUNTABLE, preferably criminally.

We haven’t heard from Barrasford or Bird for months we have been removed from the investor update emails. This coincided with us issuing court proceedings. Please do not invest. Long history of broken promises over many years.
We have registered or claim with the City of London police and our MP Connor Rand. I urge everyone that is still waiting for their funds to be returned to do likewise.

Absolute scam, I invested in their French site 13 years ago, despite promises, including one email, 6 years ago that it would be completed that Autumn, still not complete. You cannot sell your property share until you have had it for 10 years, but the 10 years does not start until the building has been completed. I am still waiting to hear it has been completed. Last year they told me it would be completed in the 1st quarter of 2025, and they would email me every week with updates. Not a single email since then, which was April 2024. Do not invest in this company you will be throwing your money away. Absolute scammers. I will happily support anyone who is considering a class action mechanism against these scammers. They need locking up. Message to Nicola Woods, please let me know how to contact you so I can support your action.

Do not give this company a penny. Complete scammers. Avoid at all costs.

My kids have already grown up. But wonderful apartments are still in construction!
I hope that these scammers will find their own room in the hell!

Invested in developments 9 years ago. These developments did not seem to progress, and they have failed to give us our money back. Do not trust this company. Message to Nicola Woods (who has mentioned a similar experience)- please provide contact details as I am also interested in pursuing a class action.

I bought a property in Greece from them over 1 5 years ago. A terrible decision. I have got some of my agreed money back out of it but only half of what was agreed. Avoid these at all costs. They barely respond to communications, often not doing so for months on end. Dont be fooled and lose your money.

Halcyon Development is a SCAM, do not invest! I am very disaapointed that my investment in Halcyon Palms more than 10 years ago has not been compelted.
