This is an amazing product, so easy to use and gives a great result. If there is a hole in tarmac that you want to fill, clean the base and edges, ensuring it is dry. Trowel the Cold Lay into the hole and tamp it down with a heavy hammer. Repeat until the hole is full and the top is level with the surrounding tarmac. I used a plastering float to finish off. A bit like icing a cake, I suppose!
