Seriously poor supplier
Still waiting on the order. They do not answer the phone or return phone messages left. They do not reply to emails. Also the price is double the cost of Murocks Ltd for exactly the same materials.
Seriously not happy with Haldane Fisher who have left me in a serious deep hole of which Murdocks Ltd have got me out of. Seriously poor company of which I wouldn’t use again even if they were the last people on earth.

Delivery didnt arrive on monday 8th…
Delivery didnt arrive on monday 8th june, rescheduled for tuesday. Rang and confirmed ok for tuesday in am. Later in day wood hadnt arrived in yard so i cancelled order. Part of order was then delivered. No word from them until cancelled wood was delivered on friday. Then had to pay for wood over phone and thought all done until the driver arrived sat morning to take back wood id repaid for. Really disorganised

Ordered my stuff on Tuesday to be told…
Ordered my stuff on Tuesday to be told it would be delivered on Thursday half came on Thursday only to be told by thr driver that the other half would be first thing Friday morning nothing on Friday after emails to the manager at lunchtime was promised that the order would be filled by the end of the day . Nothing again phoned on Saturday morning no answer emailed first thing Monday to ask where it was yo be told they've no lorry as its being fixed not be able to get it out till Wednesday if they get lorry fixed absolutely disgraceful behaviour wouldn't use them again

From my experience, most ignorant people I’ve ever met from the first day in the yard the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and the delivery driver was even worse!! said he couldn’t lift the ton bag over my fence and just dumped it on the path outside my house! then I had to hand ball it all in after a days work because I couldn’t leave it there!, a friend of mine got stones delivered that day and there was no issue them lifting the bag over his fence,also complained that he spent 40 minutes looking for my address, I’d expect a phone call to say there on there way but no, absolutely shocking behaviour will never be back,!!!
