I orded Morning coat Size XL (normally I have German size 44) and it was too small. Don't like these Chinees sizes.When I was ordering then I didn't know that my coats where made in China. I thought they came from the Netherlands where I was living before 44 years.

We’re very sorry to hear that the bath robe in size XL turned out to be too small for you. This is actually the first time we’ve received a complaint about the sizing of this model – normally it follows the standard European size chart.
We would also like to clarify that the design and pattern development are done in the Netherlands, while the sewing process itself is carried out in China. This helps maintain a good price–quality balance, and the sizing is still created according to European standards.
If the bath robe does not fit you, you are of course welcome to return it or exchange it for another size – we’ll assist you with the whole process.

Never ever will return
Sorry, but this was the worst online purchase experience I ever had. The one thing is that my parcel was incorrectly packed and was returned, the reply of the unknown and unnamed employee was also the pick of the client service. I would mention, that goods were ordered as Christmas presents and purchase done on the 11.12. Received on the 31.12. promised in 1-3 working days.
