The wrong package sent but company replacing item.

Just yesterday (12/6/2017), we received a whole replacement box of Ruby Red grapefruit, as an apology for just one rotten grapefruit in our original order. To us, that shows outstanding customer dedication & service. It is difficult to find good citrus in Oregon, so we look forward to receiving your products via mail. This year the fruit isn't as pretty as usually and not as tasty. However I hope as the next ones comes it will improve as time goes on this year of fruit.
THE FRUIT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THEY WERE BEFORE. SOME OF THEM WERE BAD AND HAD TO BE THROWN OUT.

Fruit arrived in a timely manner. Two pieces were damaged/spoiled. A partial refund was applied.
This fruit has been very good. Must have been just picked, because it arrive in perfect condition. We have enjoyed the fruit very much
