Sweet and juicy

My wife and I eat a grapefruit every single day we enjoy the white ones even better than the ruby reds. They are awesome.
I have been ordering a crate of each of the three varieties of grapefruit from Hale Groves for at least the last 5 years. I have been a very happy customer because their fruit has always been far superior to grapefruit available at my food coop- larger with thinner rind and much better flavor & sweetness. That has changed this year to my great disappointment! In January I have now received my box of White grapefruit and then my box of Crimson Reds a week or two later. Some of the fruit are large & beautiful as in the past, but at least half are much smaller, and none of them have nearly the great flavor & sweetness as in the past! I don’t know if their crop was affected by all the weather disasters in Florida over this past year, but I definitely be cutting back on my annual order next fall because the quality has deteriorated and is so uneven!

They were great. Tasted just like the ones I had as a youngster. Will order again. By buying 4 trays and not having to pay shipping they were cheaper than I ones I got from a store last year.

These grapefruits where so juicy I could squeeze the juice into a small glass to drink it.

Two of the grapefruit were spoiled upon recent of the shipment.
if ever one hasn't been good they replace it pronto
White grapefruit was wonderful. I gave it as a gift to my daughter who has not been able to find her favorite white grapefruit. She loves them.
