I was very disappointed in the fruit that was received in this box. The pears had quarter sized bruises on them and looked very unappealing. I tried reaching out to the company however I did not receive any response from them.

We sent this gift box to my Aunt in law and Uncle in law in Florida about 3 hours away from Hale. They were excited to receive it but 1 of the fruits were rotten. She tried reaching them on a Saturday and no one was there to answer. She got sick so a whole week went by and I hope she was able to get the rotten fruit replaced after a week of being sick. Other than that no complaints everything else I assumed was good. I'll still order if I need to again for a gift. Hale is faster than Pittman Davis

I was the recipient of this item and it arrived beautifully. Each piece of fruit was so delicious and just a masterpiece as far as fruit goes. I also decided to send this item out as a gift as well and got the same feedback. My relatives just loved it all, every piece! Ordered for Christmas at the end of November and it did not arrive until the 31st. Fruit, particularly the pears, was not at peak. Disapointing and late is not what I expected. The pictured asortment would have been a good value, had it arrived on time.
