When my neighbor finally received the package there was a place ( bad spot) on 1 piece of fruit. With my experience with this company and FedEx, it wasn't worth my time to complain again

They sent the wrong gift package to my grands resulting in my 1 and 4 year old grandchildren receiving a package of nuts and 1 apple, 1 pear, 2 oranges and another unwanted item, can't remember.

Unfortunately I did not receive that package, however, what I did get was very good.
Fruit not as fresh this year
Received basket box and there was only 2 Honeybell oranges instead of six. There was 2 pears and 1 other small orange. Was supposed to be foil wrapped hearts but they were small chocolate foil wrapped balls. Very disappointed because this was a gift. I ended up keeping it myself. Honeybell oranges were delicious but would have like the 6 I was supposed to get. I did get a refund but would have rather have received what I ordered
People we purchased gifts for were very pleased- Delicious, even the apple and pear!
The basket was average. All of the elements were included. One piece of fruit was past its prime. Understanding that you may not know when fruit may be deteriorating, looking at the overall value for the price, this was an average experience. I had heard wonderful reviews for Hale, so my expectations were pretty high. Will give this another try as good fruit is hard to come by.
